12月18日、 農業農村部は、内モンゴル自治区農牧庁から、 内蒙古自区シリンゴル盟のアバグ旗とショローン・フフ旗、ヒンガン盟ホルチン右翼中旗におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った。
内蒙古自区シリンゴル盟のアバグ旗とショローン・フフ旗、ヒンガン盟ホルチン右翼中旗でのASF発生後、 現地は、ASF緊急対応プランと ASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、 封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内の ブタの殺処分完了後 連続9週間以上にわたるモニタリング調査（なぜ内モンゴルだけが9週間以上かかる？他の地域では基本的に6週間となっているのに。ASF緊急対応プランと ASF予防管理技術規範にはそれに関する規定はないの？）をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。

On December 18, 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from Inner Mongolian department of agriculture and animal husbandry mentioning that the epidemic areas of African Swine Fever occurred at Abagqi and Zhenglanqi, Xilin Gol League, and Horqin Youyi Zhongqi, Xing’an League, were released from their blockades after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreaks at Abagqi and Zhenglanqi, Xilin Gol League, and Horqin Youyi Zhongqi, Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and detoxifying treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic areas, through spending more than nine (9) weeks (Miyamoto’s note: “more than nine weeks”? Other regions spent only 6 weeks. Why Inner Mongol required such a long period? MOA does not have manual for judging whether this disease has extinguishment or not? Or, is not there any law or regulations?) of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
On December 14, the department of agriculture and animal husbandry of Inner Mongolia organized expert teams to conduct on-site assessment and laboratory examinations of the epidemic areas. 农业农村部12月18日接到内蒙古自治区农牧厅报告，经评估验收合格，内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟阿巴嘎旗、正蓝旗和兴安盟科右中旗非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟阿巴嘎旗、正蓝旗和兴安盟科右中旗非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经9周以上连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
