03月09日、 農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、四川省華鎣市（宮本注： 四川省広安市に位置する県級市です）が押収した外省からの違法搬入仔ブタからアフリカ豚熱（以下 『ASF』）を検出したと報告した。
農業農村部は、03月09日、華鎣市の天池高速道路の出口で差し押さえられた外省からの違法搬入仔ブタからASFが検出されたことを四川省動物疾病予防管理センターが確診したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センターからの報告を受け取った。押収時、トラックには仔ブタ10頭いたが、2頭が発病、2頭が病死していた。
ASF発生後、現地は、迅速に緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、仔ブタ全ての殺処分及び無害化処理を実施、関連する処理地や環境、道路及び運搬車両などに対する徹底的な洗浄と消毒を行っている。現在ASFの調

The Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced on March 9 that Huaying City, Sichuan Province, detected an outbreak of African swine fever from the seized piglets transported illegally from other provinces.
On March 9, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center, reporting that after being diagnosed by the Sichuan Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center, an African swine fever epidemic was detected in a truck of piglets transported illegally from outside the province at the exit of Tianchi Expressway in Huaying City. 农业农村部新闻办公室3月9日发布，四川省华蓥市从查获的外省违规调运仔猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。
3月9日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经四川省动物疫病预防控制中心确诊，在华蓥市天池高速公路口查获的一车外省违规调运仔猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。查获时，该车共载有仔猪10头，发病2头，死亡2头。
疫情发生后，当地迅速启动应急预案，对所有仔猪进行扑杀和无害化处理，对相关处置地点、环境、道路及运输
