02月12日、 農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、新疆生産建設兵団第十三師団でアフリカ豚熱（以下 『ASF』）のアウトブレイクが発生したと発表した。
農業農村部は、02月12日、新疆生産建設兵団第十三師団紅星二フィールドの某養殖家で発生したASFのアウトブレイクについて、新疆生産建設兵団動物疾病予防管理センターがこれを確診したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センターからの報告を受け取った。ASF発生時、養殖場内にはブタ147頭中、20頭が発病、18頭が病死していた。
ASF発生後、現地は、要求に基づき緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、ホットスポットや感染地区、脅威地区を科学的に確定し、ホットスポット内の生きているブタの殺処分を実施しており、殺処分されたブタや病死したブタへの無害化処理を実施している。 封鎖地区からの生きているブタやその製品の持ち出しは全て禁じられ、封鎖地区へのブタの搬入も禁止されている。 現時点で、 対応する処理活動が進められてい

2月12日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经新疆生产建设兵团动物疫病预防控制中心确诊，新疆生产建设兵团第十三师红星二场某养殖户发生非洲猪瘟疫情。疫情发生时，该养殖户存栏生猪147头，发病20头，死亡18头。
