07月27日、農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、 遼寧省鉄嶺市西豊県が省外から搬入されかけるところのブタから アフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下『ASF』）が発生していることを検出したと発表した。
07月27日、農業農村部は、西豊県安民鎮の高速道路出口で差し押さえした省外からブタを搬入しようとしていた2車両を押収したところASFが検出され、遼寧省動物疾病制御センターが確定診断したとの中国動物疾病制御センター報告を受け取った。これまでのところ、
これら2車両に積載されていたブタはそれぞれ65頭、70頭いたが、いずれの車両でも1頭ずつが病死していた。
ASF発生後、現地は 既に要求に基づき 緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、 この二両に積載されていたブタの殺処分と無害化処理を実施、車両には全面洗浄と消毒を実施、かかわりのあった道路については全面的な調査と消毒を実施している。 現時点では、二車両のブタは全て規定に基づき処理が完了しており、

On July 27, 2019, the Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced that African swine fever was detected from the seized pigs being transported from the outside of the province. Pigs were seized by the Xifeng County of Tieling City, Liaoning Province.
On July 27, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Control Center mentioning that African Swine Fever was detected from pigs carried by two (2) cars seized at the Anmin Town of Xifeng County’s Hi-Way exit. When the cars are seized, 65 live pigs and 70 live pigs are loaded respectively. Both cars had a dead pig each.

7月27日， 农业农村部 接到 中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告， 经 辽宁省动物疫病预防控制中心 确诊， 在西丰县安民镇高速公路出口处 截获的2车 外省运入 生猪中 排查出 非洲猪瘟疫情。 查获时， 2车 分别载有 生猪65头、70头，各死亡1头。
