06月03日（宮本注： 06月03日に知りながら、06月29日に発表とは、何とも悠長すぎる気がしますが農業農村部はその理由を明らかにしていません）、 農業農村部は、 雲南省農業農村庁から、 雲南省デチェン・チベット族自治州シャングリラ市（中文表記では迪慶州香格里拉市）におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （以下 『ASF』 ）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った。
シャングリラ市での ASF発生後、 現地は、 ASF緊急対応プランとASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内では、ブタの殺処分完了後 連続6週間にわたりモニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。

On June 3, 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Yunnan Province mentioning that the affected areas of African Swine Fever occurred at Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Shangri-La City, Yunnan Province, were released from their blockades after passing the assessment and acceptance. (Miyamoto’s note: Why the authority announced on June 29 even though they did receive the information on June 3? Is there any reason though the authority does not mention the reason?)
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreaks at Shangri-La City, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and detoxifying treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic areas, through spending six (6) weeks of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
The Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture organized expert teams to conduct on-site assessment of the epidemic areas. 农业农村部6月3日接到云南省农业农村厅报告，经评估验收合格，云南省迪庆州香格里拉市非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
香格里拉市非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经6周连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
迪庆州农业农村局组织专家对疫区进行现场评估验收，验收结果符合关于疫区解除封锁的有关规定，上述非洲猪
