11月13日、農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、 雲南省騰衝市でアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）が発生したと発表した。
11月13日、農業農村部は、雲南省動物疾病予防管理センターが騰衝市界頭鎮の某養豚場でASFが発生したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センター報告を受け取った。当該養豚場で飼育されていたブタ261頭のうち、177頭が発症、97頭が病死している。
ASF発生後、農業農村部は、直ちに現地にASFの処置や疫学調査活動の監督指導を行った。現地は既に要求に基づき緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、封鎖や殺処分、無害化処理、消毒などの措置、並びに感染地域内のブタの残りに殺処分を実施、殺処分されたブタと病死したブタの全てに無害化処理を採っている。 同時に、全てのブタとその製品の封鎖地区への搬入・搬出が禁止されている。 これまでのところ、上述措

On November 13, 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs News Office announced that an African swine fever outbreak occurred at Tengchong City of Yunnan Province.
On November 13, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center mentioning that Yunnan Provincial Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center diagnosed an outbreak of African Swine Fever occurred at a pig farm in Jietou Town of Tengchong City. At the time of the outbreak, the farming house kept 261 live pigs of which 177 pigs got sick and 97 died.
Immediately after the outbreak, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs sent a supervising team to the local site in order to lead and inspect local activities on the ASF treatment and epidemiological investigation. 农业农村部新闻办公室11月13日发布，云南省腾冲市发生非洲猪瘟疫情。
11月13日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经云南省动物疫病预防控制中心确诊，腾冲市界头镇一养殖户发生非洲猪瘟疫情。疫情发生时，该养殖户存栏生猪261头，发病177头，死亡97头。
疫情发生后，农业农村部立即派出督导组赴当地开展疫情处置督导和流行病学调查工作。当地已按照要求启动应急响应机制，采取封锁、扑杀、无害化处理、消毒等处置措施，并对疫点内剩余存栏生猪进行扑杀，扑杀生猪和全部病死猪进行无害化处理。同时，禁止所有生猪及其产品调出封锁区，禁止生猪运入封锁区。目前，上述措施均已
