北京市CDCによれば、3月20日0時から24時までの間に、北京では新たに海外からの輸入新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者14例が増え、そのうち7例がイギリスから、2例がスペイン、各1例が仏、蘭、米、伊からの輸入患者となるが、北京市内のコミュニティには影響はないとのことだ。いま1例はアメリカからの患者だが、影響を受ける地域が： 昌平区龍沢園街道にある首開（首都開発）知恵社区（宮本注： 知恵はインテリジェント或いはスマートタウンのスマート、社区はコミュニティと訳出することが多く、この知恵社はスマートコミュニティとしています）である。
