2021年01月20日 0時 ～ 24時までの間に、河北省では、新たに新型コロナウィルス肺炎の現地確診症例は20例（5例は無症状感染者から確診症例に転じたもの）。 20例全てが石家庄市から報告されたものだ。 新たに増えた死者、疑似症例はないが、8例が治癒退院した。
1月20日 0時 ～ 24時の間、 河北省では、無症状感染者4例が増えたが、石家庄市が4例、廊坊市は0例を報告している。 無症状感染者17例が隔離医学観察を解除された。
1月20日24時、河北省では現地確診症例が830例（危篤患者9例、重症患者30例、中等症患者663例、軽症患者128例）、海外からの輸入確診症例2例（中等症）となっている。累計では、治癒退院者392例（海外からの輸入症例34例含む）、死亡者7例、現地確診症例1,195例、輸入症例36例となっている。 今なお医学観察を受けている現地無症状感染者は150例、海外からの輸入無症状感染者は5例となっている。

According to the Hebei Health Commission’s website, from 0:00 to 24:00 on January 20, 2021, there were 20 newly diagnosed local cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hebei Province, of which Shijiazhuang City reported 20 cases (5 cases of asymptomatic infection were converted to diagnosed cases), Xingtai City reported no (0) cases. There were no (0) new deaths, no (0) new suspected cases, and 8 new cases were cured and discharged.
From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 20, four (4) new cases of local asymptomatic infections were reported in Hebei Province, of which all 4 asymptomatic cases were reported by Shijiazhuang City, no (0) asymptomatic case was reported by Langfang City. 17 case of asymptomatic infection was released from isolation for medical observation.
As of 24:00 on January 20, Hebei Province, currently, has 830 diagnosed local cases (there are 9 critically severe, 30 severe, 663 moderate and 128 light cases), and 2 diagnosed cases imported from abroad (common). A total of 392 cured and discharged cases (including 34 imported from abroad), a total of 7 deaths, a total of 1195 locally diagnosed cases and 36 imported cases from overseas have been reported. 150 cases of local asymptomatic infections and 5 cases of imported asymptomatic infections are still under medical observation.

2021年1月20日0—24时，河北省新增20例本地新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例（5例为无症状感染者转为确诊病例），均为石家庄市报告。无新增死亡病例，无新增疑似病例，新增治愈出院8例。
1月20日0—24时，河北省新增4例本地无症状感染者，均为石家庄市报告。17例无症状感染者解除隔离医学观察。
截至1月20日24时，河北省现有本地确诊病例830例（危重型9例、重型30例、普通型663例、轻型128例）、境外输入确诊病例2例（普通型）。累计治愈出院病例392例（含境外输入34例），累计死亡病例7例，累计报告本地确诊病例1195例、境外输入病例36例。尚在医学观察本地无症状感染者150例、境外输入无症状感染者5例。
