台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日9月08日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は35,124例（うち本土症例34,846例、輸入症例278例）；更に、確診症例中、29例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例34,846例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性15,748例、女性19,082例、性別調査中16例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（7,840例）、台北市（4,447例）、台中市（4,313例）、桃園市（4,010例）、高雄市（2,547例）、台南市（1,933例）、彰化県（1,408例）、新竹県（1,209例）、新竹市（897例）、屏東県（832例）、苗栗県（777例）、宜蘭県（762例）、基隆市（704例）、雲林県（694例）、花蓮県（663例）、嘉義県（453例）、南投県（427例）、嘉義市（328例）、台東県（293例）、金門県（144例）、澎湖県（139例）、連江県（26例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Sep 08) that there were 35,124 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 34,846 local and 278 imported cases; further, there were 29 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 34846 local cases today are 15748 males and 19082 females, (16 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (7840 cases), Taipei City (4447 cases), Taichung City (4313 cases), Taoyuan City (4010 cases), Kaohsiung City (2547 cases), Tainan City (1933 cases), Changhua County (1408 cases), Hsinchu County (1209 cases), Hsinchu City (897 cases), Pingtung County (832 cases), Miaoli County (777 cases), Yilan County (762 cases), Keelung City (704 cases), Yunlin County (694 cases), Hualien County (663 cases), Chiayi County (453 cases), Nantou County (427 cases), Chiayi City (328 cases), Taitung County (293 cases), Jinmen County (144 cases), Penghu County (139 cases), Lianjiang County (26 cases).
