台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月17日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が175例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例175例、輸入症例0例となった。 確診症例中、新たに19例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例175例が増えたが、5歳未満から90代までの男性100人、女性75人であり、2021年6月3日～6月16日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が87例と最多で、次いで台北市の34例、苗栗県31例、新竹県10例、桃園市7例、花蓮県、基隆市及び及び台中市各2例となっている。そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の54例中、53例の感染源は既に判明、1例が関連不明となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例19例は、40代から90歳代の男性11例、女性8例となっているが、発症日については5月8日～6月12日、 確定診断日は5月15日～6月14日、死亡日は、6月8日～6月15日となる。 詳細は☞ 20210617E 台湾新規増加死者19名のリストを参照されたい」としている。
指揮センターは、「最近隔離を解除された確診症例については、5月11日～ 6月15日迄に発表された12,042例中、既に6,731人が隔離を解除されており、確診患者総数の55.9％が隔離された」と指摘する。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 17 that there were 175 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 175 local cases and no (0) imported cases from abroad. There were 19 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 175 local cases today are 100 males and 75 females, aged under 5 to in their 90s, with onset dates between June 3 and June 16, 2021. The distribution of cases is 87 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 34 cases in Taipei City, 31 cases in Miaoli County, 10 cases in Xinzhu County, 7 cases in Taoyuan City, 2 cases each in Hualian County, Keelung City and Taizhongg City. Out of the 54 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 53 cases are known their sources of infection, 1 cases’ relation is unknown. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 19 new deaths reported today are, 11 males and 8 females, ranging in age from their 40s to 90s. The onset date is between May 8 and June 12, the date of diagnosis is between May 15 and June 14, the date of death is between June 8 and Jun. 15; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 6,731 people have been released from quarantine, among 12,042 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to June 15. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 55.9% of the confirmed cases.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(17)日公布國內新增175例COVID-19本土確定病例，另確診個案中新增19例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之175例本土病例，為100例男性、75例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年6月3日至6月16日。個案分佈以新北市87例最多，其次為臺北市34例，苗栗縣31例，新竹縣10例，桃園市7例，花蓮縣、基隆市及臺中市各2例。其中雙北地區以外縣市54例中，53例為已知感染源、1例關聯不明；相關疫情調查持續進行中。
指揮中心說明，今日新增19例死亡個案，共計為男性11位、女性8位，年齡介於40多歲至90多歲，發病日介於5月8日至6月12日，確診日介於5月15日至6月14日，死亡日介於6月8日至6月15日，詳如新聞稿附件。
指揮中心指出，近期確診個案解隔離情形，5月11日至6月15日累計公布12,042位確診個案中，已有6,731人解除隔離，解隔離人數達確診人數55.9%。
