台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月08日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が219例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例219例、輸入症例0例となった。 確診症例中、新たに22例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例219例が増えたが、5歳未満から100代までの男性117人、女性102人であり、2021年5月22日～6月7日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が123例と最多で、次いで台北市の54例、苗栗県16例、桃園市13例、基隆市8例、彰化県2例、台南市、新竹市、台中市各1例となっている。そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の42例中、36例の感染源は既に判明、6例が関連不明となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 08 that there were 219 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 219 local cases and No imported cases from abroad. There were 22 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 219 local cases today are 117 males and 102 females, aged under 5 to over 100s, with onset dates between May 22 and June 7, 2021. The distribution of cases is 123 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 54 cases in Taipei City, 16 cases in Miaoli County, 13 cases in Taoyuan City, 8 cases in Keelung City, 2 cases in Changhua County, 1 case each in Tainan City, Xinzhu City, Taizhong City. Of the 42 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 36 cases are known their sources of infection, 6 cases of unknown relation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 22 new deaths reported today are, 15 males and 7 females, ranging in age from their 30s to 100s. The onset date is between May 13 and May 30, the date of diagnosis is between May 18 and June 4, the date of death is between May 30 and Jun. 7; as for details, see the attachment.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(8)日公布國內新增219例COVID-19確定病例，均為本土個案。確診個案中新增22例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之219例本土病例，為117例男性、102例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至100多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年5月22日至6月7日。以新北市123例最多，其次為臺北市54例，苗栗縣16例，桃園市13例，基隆市8例，彰化縣2例，臺南市、新竹市及臺中市各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市42例中，36例為已知感染源，6例關聯不明。相關疫情調查持續進行中。
