2021年01月02日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たな新型コロナウィルス肺炎確診症例4例（黒河市愛輝区）が増えたが、全員無症状感染者から確診症例に転じたものだ。 当日治癒退院した確診症例は3例（綏芬河市1例、東寧市1例、塔河県の輸入症例1例）で、これにより 東寧市と塔河県の確診症例数はゼロとなった。 当日、綏芬河市の無症状感染者3例が医学観察を解除された。
新型コロナウィルス肺炎の国際情勢は 依然として複雑で深刻であり、ウィルスの伝播様式は多様化する傾向にある。中国各地では症例が散発的に出現し続けている。 元旦や春節にあたり、常に流行の予防管理に気を引き締め、不要な集会や食事会を減らし、人の集まる公共の場所、特に空気の循環が悪い場所における活動を減らさねばならない。必要でない限り、感染リスクのある地域にはゆかないこと。渡航の必要が避けられない場合には、自分と同行者の健康状態を注意深く評価し、旅行と目的地での流行予防管理策の変化を把握せねばならない。 鉄道や航空機、高速道路の旅客輸送の公共交通機関での旅行中は終始マスクを着用し、手の衛生を確保するように注意せねばならない。 「龍江健康アプリ（宮本注： 黒竜江省版COCOAのようなものと推量）」や「通信ビッグデータ旅程カード」など、必要な体温の検出や検証を行うために、スタッフに積極的な協力が求められる。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 2, 2021, 4 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province (Aihui District, Heihe City), they were all converted from asymptomatic infection cases to diagnosed cases. 3 diagnosed cases were cured and discharged on the same day (1 in Suifenhe City, 1 in Dongning City, and 1 in Tahe County). The diagnosed cases in Dongning City and Tahe County have been cleared. 3 cases of asymptomatic infection were lifted from medical observation on the same day (Suifenhe City).
