宮本注 ： 新疆地域での 患者数が 急増しているため 7月 23日より、 新疆ウィグル自治区の 人民政府が発表した 感染情報 （7月15日 発表分以後の情報）を チェックしなおして みました。 これは、 その 第23弾です。
新疆ウィグル自治区衛生健康委員会は、2020年08月04日0時 ～ 24時の間に、新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）では、 新たに確診症例22例；無症状感染者13例（全てウルムチ市）；治癒退院確診患者10例、医学観察解除された無症状感染者5例（全てウルムチ市）； 重症から普通型になったもの4例が報告されたと発表した。
2020年08月04日24時時点で、新疆 （生産建設兵団を 含む）における現有確診患者数は618例（危篤9例、重症18例）となっているが その内訳は、ウルムチ市614例、カシュガル地区2例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例1例、ウルムチ市の流行に関連した患者1例）、昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例となり； 現有無症状感染者は122例だがその内訳はウルムチ市120例、昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例； 今なお医学観察を受けているものは16,318人となっている。

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government. This is the twenty-third one.
From 0:00 to 24:00, August 04, 2020, Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced that Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 22 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia; 13 newly added asymptomatic patients of which all are from Urumqi; 10 newly cured and discharged cases, 5 asymptomatic patients are newly lifted from their medical observation of which all are from Urumqi City; Four (4) serious cases were converted to normal type, on the same day.
As of 24:00 on August 04, there are currently 618 diagnosed cases (9 critical cases, 18 severe cases), of which 614 cases are in Urumqi, 2 in Kashgar (1 imported cases in Urumqi and 1 related case with Urumqi City’s epidemic), and 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported case from Urumqi City), 1 in the Production and Construction Corps, in Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps); Currently a total of 122 Asymptomatic Patients, of which 120 are in Urumqi, 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi), 1 in the Production and Construction Corps; There are still 16,318 peoples who are under medical observation.

新疆维吾尔自治区卫生健康委最新通报，8月4日0时至24时，新疆维吾尔自治区（含新疆生产建设兵团）报告新增新冠肺炎确诊病例22例，新增无症状感染者13例，均在乌鲁木齐市；新增治愈出院确诊病例10例，无症状感染者解除医学观察5例，均在乌鲁木齐市；重症转普通型4例。
