台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、9月03日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が6例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例2例、輸入症例4例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たに0例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例2例中、第16121号は、台湾籍の50代の女性。今年8月26日から9月01日の間に、咳や鼻水、発熱、下痢、味覚異常及び咽頭痛などの症状が現れ何度も医療機関を受診していた。 9月02日に再び病院で検査を受けたところ本日確診された（Ct値25）； 既に接触者1人がリストアップされており、在宅隔離になっている。他の関連接触者はリストアップ中だ。 第16122号は、台湾籍の10代男性で、8月30日に熱中症の症状を自覚し、9月01日に咽頭痛を感じていたが、9月02日に家族（第16120号）がCOVID-19陽性となったため、衛生単位が検査を手配し、本日確定診断された（Ct値11）；関連接触者をリストアップ中だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「最近隔離を解除された確診症例については、5月11日～ 9月01日迄に発表された14,802例中、既に13,728人が隔離を解除されており、確診患者総数の92.7が隔離解除されたことになる」と指摘する。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Sept. 03 that there were 6 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 2 local cases and 4 imported cases. There was no (0) new death among the confirmed cases.
The command center said that among the two new local cases today, the Case 16121 is a Taiwanese woman in her 50s. From August 26 to September 1, 2021, she went to the doctor many times for symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, diarrhea, abnormal taste, and sore throat. She went to the doctor again on September 2 for examination and was diagnosed today (Ct value 25); one contact has been listed and is listed in home quarantine, and the other related contacts are listed. Case 16122 is a Taiwanese male in his 10s who consciously had symptoms of heatstroke on August 30. He had a sore throat on September 1, and his family member (Case 16120) was tested positive for COVID-19 on September 2. The health unit arranged for the test and was diagnosed today (Ct value 11); the relevant contacts are listed.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 13,728 people have been released from quarantine, among 14,802 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to Sept. 01. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 92.7% of the confirmed cases.

指揮中心表示，今日新增2例本土病例中，案16121為本國籍50多歲女性，今(2021)年8月26日至9月1日期間因出現咳嗽、流鼻水、發燒、腹瀉、味覺異常及喉嚨痛等症狀多次就醫，9月2日再次就醫並採檢，於今日確診(Ct值25)；已匡列接觸者1人，列居家隔離，其餘相關接觸者匡列中。案16122為本國籍10多歲男性，8月30日自覺有疑似中暑症狀，9月1日喉嚨痛，9月2日因家人(案16120)檢出COVID-19陽性，由衛生單位安排採檢，並於今日確診(Ct值11)；相關接觸者匡列中。
指揮中心指出，近期確診個案解隔離情形，5月11日至9月1日累計公布14,802位確診個案中，已有13,728人解除隔離，解隔離人數達確診人數92.7%。
