中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月27日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例5例が確定診断されたが、それぞれカナダ（第1106号）及びフィリピンからの輸入症例（第1107号～1110号）だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1106号患者は、台湾籍の70代女性だが、2021年3月1日に、以前に発表された第1068号とカナダの親戚を訪ねていたが、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち4月8日に帰台した。 彼女は帰台後、自宅で隔離していたが、1068号が確定診断されたため、改めて在宅隔離対象となったが、4月13日に濃厚接触者に対する検査をしたところ結果陰性となっていた。 患者は、隔離期間中に症状は無かったが、4月25日に衛生単位が手配した病院で隔離期間満了前検査を受けたところ本日確定診断された（Ct値29）。 既に濃厚接触者2人を把握しているが、1人は在宅隔離、1人は自主健康管理とした」と発表した（宮本注： 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月8日に帰台した人が入国後）20日目にして確定診断されたということです）。

5 new cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad, entering from Canada and the Philippines

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on April 27 that 5 newly imported cases of COVID-19 were imported from Canada (Case 1106) and the Philippines (Case 1107 to Case 1110).
The command center said, the Case 1106 is a Taiwanese woman in er 70s. On March 1, 2021, she went to Canada to visit relatives with the Case 1068 announced a few days ago. She returned to Taiwan on April 8, holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, she went to her residence for home quarantine. Because case 1068 was diagnosed, it was reclassified as a home quarantine object. Close contacts were examined on April 13, of which result was negative. The case was asymptomatic during the isolation period. On April 25, the health unit arranged to the hospital for examination before the end of the isolation period. The diagnosis was confirmed today (Ct value 29). There are 2 contacts in the case, one is listed as home isolation, and the other is listed as independent health management.
The command center pointed out that Cases 1107, 1109, and 1110 are a Burmese male in their 30s, a Chinese male in their 40s, and a Myanmar male in his 20s. They are all the same crew members of the Case 1103 and 1104 announced yesterday. The Case 1107 began to have fever and cough symptoms one after another since April 24, and was sent to a doctor for examination on April 25. Cases 1109 and 1110 were tested as close contacts on April 26, and 3 people were diagnosed today

新增5例境外移入COVID-19病例，自加拿大及菲律賓入境

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(27)日公布國內新增5例境外移入COVID-19病例，自加拿大(案1106)及菲律賓(案1107至案1110)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1106為本國籍70多歲女性，今(2021)年3月1日與日前公布之案1068一同至加拿大探親，4月8日返臺，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至住處居家檢疫，因案1068確診，改列為居家隔離對象，4月13日進行接觸者採檢，結果為陰性。個案隔離期間並無症狀，4月25日由衛生單位安排至醫院進行隔離期滿前採檢，於今日確診(Ct值29)。已掌握個案接觸者2人，1人列居家隔離、1人列自主健康管理。
指揮中心指出，案1107、案1109及案1110分別為緬甸籍30多歲男性、中國籍40多歲男性及緬甸籍20多歲男性，皆為昨(26)日公布案1103及案1104之同船船員，其中案1107於4月24日起陸續出現發燒及咳嗽症狀，4月25日後送就醫並採檢，案1109、1110則於4月26日進行接觸者採檢，3人因核酸檢測皆呈現陽性，
