中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本2月9日、国内で新たにCOVID-19患者1例が確定診断され（第934号患者）、患者が症例863、864、865、907、909及び910の家族であると発表した。
指揮センターは、「症例934は、台湾籍の50代女性で、症例864、907、909及び910の接触者とされたため、1月19日からの在宅隔離期間中、5度のPCR検査を受けたが結果は全て陰性となっていた； 2月7日に発熱や鼻水などが出現したが、2月8日症状の自覚がなく、葬儀に参列するために外出したいとの申請を出したところ、衛生単位が病院でのPCR検査を手配したところ、本日9日に確定診断された。
指揮センターは、症例934と生活を共にしている4人が先だって症例864の接触者としてリストされており、隔離期間は満了していたがより慎重さを求めて4人の在宅隔離期間を2月22日までと延長するとした。
指揮センターのデータによると、これまだに台湾では累計165,840例（排除された162,619例を含む）の新型コロナウィルス肺炎関連通報があったが、確診されたのは933例、うち、海外からの輸入は817例、当地症例77例、敦睦艦隊の36例、航空機内感染2例（宮本注： 本当に航空機内で感染したのでしょうか

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Feb. 9) that one new confirmed case of COVID-19 in China (Case 934) was a family member of Cases 863, 864, 865, 907, 909 and 910.
The command center said, the Case 934 is a 50-year-old woman of nationality who is listed as a contact of cases 864, 907, 909 and 910. She has been in home quarantine since January 19. During the quarantine she had undergone 5 tests, and the results were negative; The case had a fever and nasal discharge on February 7. He felt asymptomatic on February 8. Due to an application to go out for funerals, the health unit arranged to the hospital for examination and was diagnosed today.
The command center pointed out that the four family members who lived in the case of case 934 had previously been listed as contacts of case 864 and the quarantine period had expired. However, in order to be cautious, the home quarantine period of the four people will be extended to February 22.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(9)日公布國內新增1例本土COVID-19確定病例(案934)，為案863、864、865、907、909及910之家人。
指揮中心表示，案934為本國籍50多歲女性，因匡列為案864、907、909及910之接觸者，自1月19日起進行居家隔離，隔離期間曾接受5次採檢，結果皆為陰性；個案2月7日曾出現發燒、鼻涕倒流情形，2月8日自覺已無症狀，因申請外出奔喪，由衛生單位安排至醫院採檢，於今日確診。
指揮中心指出，案934之同住家人4人先前已匡列為案864接觸者，且已隔離期滿，但為求慎重，將延長4人之居家隔離期間至2月22日。
