中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月19日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例3例が確定診断されたが、夫々フィリピン（第1075号、1076号）及びインド（第1077号）だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1075号、第1076号はいずれもフィリピン籍の30代女性で、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持参して2021年4月4日就労のため来台した。 彼らは、来台後検疫所で集中隔離されていたが、両名は入国以来無症状であった。 4月17日、隔離期間満了時の検査を受け、本日確定診断された（第1075号患者のCt値31、二度目は32、IgM、IgGは全て陰性； 第1076号患者のCt値29、二度目は32、IgM、IgGは全て陰性）。 二人には隔離期間中の他人との接触はないため濃厚接触者リストは策定していない（宮本注： つまり、陰性証明をもって4月15日に来台したが、入国後16日目で確定診断されたことになります）」と発表した。

3 new cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad, entered Taiwan from the Philippines and India respectively

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on April 19 that three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad were imported from the Philippines (Case 1075, Case 1076) and India (Case 1077).
The command center stated that both cases 1075 and 1076 were Filipino women in their 30s who came to work in Taiwan on April 4, 2021, having a negative test report(s) within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, they went to the quarantine station for centralized isolation. Two cases showed no symptoms when they entered Taiwan and during the centralized quarantine. The quarantine period expired on April 17, and they were diagnosed today (case 1075 Ct value 31, second sampling Ct value 32, negative for IgM and IgG; case 1076 Ct value 29, second sampling Ct value 32, both IgM and IgG negative). The two cases had no contact with others during the quarantine period, so no contacts were listed.
The command center pointed out that case 1077 was an Indian male in his 20s. He came to work in Taiwan on April 2 and held a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, he went to the epidemic prevention hotel for isolation. He was asymptomatic during the quarantine period since his enter to Taiwan. His home quarantine period expired on April 17, and the company arranged a self-financed inspection. He was diagnosed today

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(19)日公布國內新增3例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，分別自菲律賓（案1075、案1076）及印度（案1077）入境。
指揮中心表示，案1075、案1076皆為菲律賓籍30多歲女性，今(2021)年4月4日來臺工作，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至檢疫所集中檢疫，2名個案入境時及集中檢疫期間並無症狀，4月17日進行檢疫期滿採檢，於今日確診（案1075Ct值31，二採Ct值32，IgM、IgG皆陰性；案1076Ct值29，二採Ct值32，IgM、IgG皆陰性）。2名個案檢疫期間無與他人接觸，故無匡列接觸者。
指揮中心指出，案1077為印度籍20多歲男性，4月2日來臺工作，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至防疫旅館進行居家檢疫，入境及檢疫期間並無症狀，4月17日居家檢疫期滿，由公司安排自費採檢，於
