中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月21日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例4例が確定診断されたが、スロバキア（第1080号）、インドネシア（第1081号）、フィリピン（第1081号、1083号）からの来台者だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1080号患者は、台湾籍の40代男性で、長期間スロバキアで就労していたが、2021年3月に嗅覚味覚異常、寒気、眩暈などの症状が現れ、スロバキアでCOVIF-19陽性を検出されていた。
患者は、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持参して2021年4月4日に帰台し、帰台後検疫所で集中隔離されていたが、4月19日、隔離期間満了時の検査を受け、本日確定診断された（Ct値29、入院後の検査ではCt値33、血清抗体IgM、IgGは全て陰性）。患者は来台後の期間中に症状は無く、隔離期間中の他人との接触もなかった。 隔離期間満了後から入院隔離までの間に接触した人たちは全員適切な防護措置を採っており、濃厚接触者リストは策定していない（宮本注： つまり、海外で陽性が検出された人が陰性証明書をもって4月4日に帰台したが、入国後18日目で確定診断されたことになります）」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1081号患者は、インドネシア籍の40代男性で、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持参して2021年4月3日就学のため来台。 来台後は、学校が手配した場所で隔離し、4月19日に在宅隔離期間満了後の検査を受けたところ本日確定診断された（Ct値35、入院後の再検査ではCt値37、血清抗体IgM陰性、IgG陽性）。 患者は来台後の期間中に症状は無く、隔離期間中の他人との接触もなかった。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on April 21 that 4 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad were imported from Slovakia (Case 1080), Indonesia (1081) and the Philippines (Case 1082, 1083).
The command center said, the Case 1080 is a 40-year-old male of nationality who has worked in Slovakia for a long time. In March this (2021), he had symptoms such as abnormal smell and taste, chills, and dizziness, and he was positive for COVID-19 in Slovakia. The case returned to Taiwan on April 4, with a negative test report within 3 days before boarding, and went to the epidemic prevention hotel for quarantine after entry.
After the expiration of the quarantine period on the 19th, he went to the hospital for examination at his own expense and was diagnosed today (Ct value 29, Ct value 33 after hospitalization, and serum antibodies IgM and IgG were positive). The case was asymptomatic while in Taiwan, and did not come into contact with others during the quarantine period. People who came into contact after the expiration of the quarantine period and before hospitalization and isolation were properly protected, so no contacts were listed.
The command center pointed out that the Case 1081 is an Indonesian male in his 40s who came to Taiwan to study on April 3 this year having a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After he entered the country, the school arranged for quarantine at his residence. 新增4例境外移入COVID-19病例，自斯洛伐克、印尼及菲律賓入境

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(21)日公布國內新增4例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，自斯洛伐克(案1080)、印尼(1081)及菲律賓(案1082、1083)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1080為本國籍40多歲男性，長期於斯洛伐克工作，今(2021)年3月曾出現嗅味覺異常、發冷、頭暈等症狀，並在斯洛伐克當地檢出COVID-19陽性。個案4月4日返臺，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至防疫旅館進行檢疫，4月19日檢疫期滿後至醫院自費採檢，於今日確診(Ct值29，住院後採檢之Ct值33，血清抗體IgM及IgG皆為陽性)。個案在臺期間並無症狀，檢疫期間未與他人接觸，檢疫期滿後至住院隔離前接觸之人員均有適當防護，故無匡列接觸者。
