中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月13日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例4例が確定診断されたが、バングラデシュ（第1060号）、フィリピン（第1061号）、エチオピア（第1062号）及びアイルランド（第1063号）から持ち込まれたものだと発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1060号は、台湾籍の40代男性だが、2021年2月中旬にバングラデシュ入りして働いていた。 彼は出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持って4月1日に帰台した。 来台の後は、防疫ホテルで隔離をしていたが、4月9日に鼻水や鼻づまり、咳といった症状が現れたため、4月10日に衛生単位手配による検査を受けたところ、本日確診された。患者は発症の2日前には隔離されており、他人との接触もなかったため、農耕接触者リストは作成していない」と発表した（宮本注： 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月1日に帰台、隔離期間中の9日に症状が出たために、検査により、入国13日目に陽性が判明した事例です）。
指揮センターは、「第1061号は、台湾籍の50代男性だが、長期フィリピンに在住（前回台湾を出たのは2020年10月）していた。 彼には緊急で病院を受診せねばならないその他の疾病があったため、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持って4月11日に帰台した。 来台後ただちに病院を受診し検査を受けたが、転院の必要性を判断し、病院側が転院と翌日の検査を手配していた。 患者には4月12日に軽い息切れの症状が現れ、二度の検査ではいずれもCOVID-19陽性となり、本日確定診断された（Ct値はそれぞれ20及び21）。既に患者と同じ便の前後に列の旅客2人が把握されており、在宅隔離としている」と指摘した（宮本注： 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月11日に帰台、4月12日に症状が現れ検査により、入国2日目に陽性が判明した事例です）。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced 4 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad on April 13, they entered from Bangladesh (Case 1060), the Philippines (Case 1061), Ethiopia (Case 1062) and Ireland (Case 1063).
The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today that Case 1060 is a Taiwanese male in his 40s. He went to work in Bangladesh in mid-February (2021) and returned to Taiwan on April 1 with a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, he went to the epidemic prevention hotel for isolation. On April 9, he developed nasal congestion, runny nose and cough symptoms. On April 10, the health unit arranged for medical examination and was diagnosed today. As two days before the onset, he was in the quarantine period, and as there was no contact with others, so no contacts were listed.
The command center pointed out that case 1061 is a Taiwanese nationality male in his 50s who has lived in the Philippines for a long time (the previous departure from Taiwan was in October 2020). He returned to Taiwan on April 11 this year due to urgent medical needs for other diseases, and had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. He went to the hospital for medical treatment and examination immediately after entering the country. He was assessed as necessary for transfer, and the hospital arranged for his transfer to another hospital and second examination on the next day. The case developed mild wheezing symptoms on April 12, and was positive for COVID-19 in both tests and was diagnosed today (Ct values are 20 and 21, respectively). The case

新增4例境外移入COVID-19病例，自孟加拉、菲律賓、衣索比亞及愛爾蘭入境

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(13)日公布國內新增4例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，自孟加拉(案1060)、菲律賓(案1061)、衣索比亞(案1062)及愛爾蘭(案1063)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1060為本國籍40多歲男性，今(2021)年2月中旬至孟加拉工作，4月1日返臺，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至防疫旅館進行檢疫，4月9日出現鼻塞、流鼻水及咳嗽症狀，4月10日由衛生單位安排就醫採檢，於今日確診。個案發病前2日為居家檢疫期，未與他人接觸，故無匡列接觸者。
指揮中心指出，案1061為本國籍50多歲男性，長期居住菲律賓(前次自臺灣出境時間為2020年10月)，因有其他疾病之緊急就醫需求，今年4月11日返國，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後即至醫院就醫及採檢，經評估有轉院必要，由院方安排轉院並於次日再次採檢。個案4月12日出現輕微喘症狀，兩次採檢皆呈COVID-19陽性，於今日確診(Ct值分別為20及21)。已掌握個案同班機前後二排旅客2人，列居家隔離。
