台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日12月17日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が15例増えたが、本土症例0例、輸入症例15例となっている；更に、確診症例中、死亡者0例が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例15例は、10代から60代の男性8例、女性7例であり、11月23日から12月16日の間に、出国前3日以内の陰性証明書を携え、英国（2例：第16883号、16890号）、チェコ（第16884号）、米国（2例：第16885号、16888号）、アイルランド（第16886号）、シンガポール（第16887号）、ベトナム（第16889号）、ナイジェリア（第16891号）、ミャンマー（第16892号）、モルジブ（第16893号）、カンボジア（第16894号）、フィリピン（第16895号）、インドネシア（第16896号）、タイ（第16897号）から入境していた。詳細は『 ☞ 2021217F 台湾新規増加輸入症例15名のリスト 』を参照されたい」としているが。さらに、

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (December 17) that there were 15 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 0 local and 15 imported cases; further, there was 0 death.
The command center explained that today there are 15 new cases of immigration from abroad, consisting of 8 males and 7 females, aged in their 10s to 60s. They, holding a negative test report, came from the United Kingdom (2 cases, case 16883, case 16890), Czech Republic (case 16884), the United States (2 cases, case 16885, case 16888), Ireland (case 16886), Singapore (Case 16887), Vietnam (Case 16889), Nigeria (Case 16891), Myanmar (Case 16892), Maldives (Case 16893), Cambodia (Case 16894), Philippines (Case 16895), Indonesia (Case 16896), Thailand (Case 16897), between November 23 and December 16; as for the details, please see attached.
In addition, 7 cases of overseas immigration were converted to local cases after the epidemic. Case 16821, case 16841, case 16851, case 16856, case 16862, and case 16865 are case 16768 related infections; case 16859 is case 16870 related infections.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(17)日公布國內新增15例COVID-19境外移入確定病例，另確診個案中無新增死亡。
指揮中心說明，今日新增15例境外移入個案，為8例男性、7例女性，年齡介於10多歲至60多歲，分別自英國(2例，案16883、案16890)、捷克(案16884)、美國(2例，案16885、案16888)、愛爾蘭(案16886)、新加坡(案16887)、越南(案16889)、奈及利亞(案16891)、緬甸(案16892)、馬爾地夫(案16893)、柬埔寨(案16894)、菲律賓(案16895)、印尼(案16896)、泰國(案16897)入境，入境日介於11月23日至12月16日，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告；詳如新聞稿附件。
另有7例境外移入個案經疫調後改判為本土個案。分別為案16821、案16841、案16851、案16856、案16862、案16865為案16768之相關感染；案16859為案16870之相關感染。
