台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、10月05日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が7例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例0例、輸入症例7例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たな死亡者は0例」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例7例は、10代から60代の男性3例、女性4例であり、9月21日から10月03日の間に 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明書を持ち米国（5例：第16366号～16367号、16369号～16371号）、ベトナム（第16368号）、及びマレーシア（第16372号）から入境した。詳細は『☞ 20211005F 台湾新規増加輸入症例7名のリスト』を参照されたい」としている。
指揮センターは、「これまでに新型コロナウィルス肺炎に関する通報は、国内累計で3,482,953例（排除された3,466,041例を含む）となった。 そのうち確診症例数は16,262例であり、夫々輸入症例1,627例、本土症例 14,581例、敦睦艦隊36例、航空機感染3例及び不明1例、調査中14例となっている； この他、新たに0例が患者リストから削除され累計110例が欠番となっている。2020年からCOVID-19により累計

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (October 05) that there were 7 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 0 local and 7 imported cases; further, there was 0 death.
The command center explained that today there are 7 new cases of immigration from abroad, 3 males and 4 females, aged in their 10s to 60s. They entered the country from the United States (5 cases: case 16366, to case 16367, case 16369 to case 16371), Vietnam (case 16368) and Malaysia (case 16372). The entry date is between September 21 and October 3, today (2021) holding a negative test report within 3 days before their boarding; as for the details, please refer to the attached.
The command center’s data shows there have been a total of 3,482,953 notifications related to novel coronavirus pneumonia in China (including 3,466,041 excluded cases). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(5)日公布國內新增7例COVID-19確定病例，均為境外移入；另確診個案中無新增死亡。
指揮中心說明，今日新增7例境外移入個案，為3例男性、4例女性，年齡介於10多歲至60多歲，分別自美國(5例，案16366、案16367、案16369、案16370、案16371)；越南(16368)、馬來西亞(案16372)入境，入境日介於今(2021)年9月21日至10月3日，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告；詳如新聞稿附件。
