台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日12月26日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が24例増えたが、本土症例1例、輸入症例23例となっている；更に、確診症例中、死亡者0例が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例（第17026号）は、台湾籍の30代女性だが、コロナワクチンは未接種だった。2021年12月25日に病人に同行する必要性から検査を受けたところ本日確診された（Ct値34.1、2度目のPCR検査結果は陰性）だったが、血清検査IgM陰性、IgG陽性となり、最近の感染ではないと判断された。現在、すでに14人の接触者をリストアップ、3名を在宅隔離に、6名を自主健康管理に、5名を自己健康観察としたが、その他の接触者をリストアップ中だ。 衛生単位は、現在、感染源を明らかにするために流行の調査と予防を行っている」とした。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例23例は、10代から70代の男性13例、女性10例であり、12月19日から12月24日の間に、米国（10例：第17003～17009号、17022～17023号、17025号）、カザフスタン（11例：第17010～17019号、17024号）、カメルーン（第17020号）、および南アフリカ（第17021号）から入境していた。詳細は『 ☞ 2021226F 台湾新規増加輸入症例23名のリスト 』を参照されたい」としている。

Taiwan found 24 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19, 1 domestic and 23 imported cases from abroad

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (December 26) that there were 24 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 1 local and 23 imported cases; further, there was 0 death.
The command center explained that today, there is a new local case (case 17026), a Taiwanese male in his 30s. He has not been vaccinated COVID-19 vaccine. On December 25th, he went to the hospital for examination due to the need to accompany the sick person. The diagnosis was confirmed today (Ct value 34.1, negative PCR test for the second sampling). The serum test was negative for IgM and positive for IgG. At present, 14 contacts have been listed, 3 people are listed in home isolation, 6 people are listed as independent health management, 5 people are listed as self-health monitoring, and the remaining contacts are listed in the list. The health unit is now conducting epidemic investigation and prevention to clarify the source of infection.
The command center explained that today there are 23 new cases of immigration from abroad, consisting of 13 males and 10 females, aged in their 10s to 70s. They came from United States (10 cases, case 17003-17009, case 17022-17023, case 17025), Kazakhstan (11 cases, case 17010-17019, case 17024), Cameroon (case 17020) and South Africa (case 17021), between December 19 and December 24; as for the details, please see attached.
The command center’s data shows there have been a total of 4,873,578 notifications related to novel coronavirus pneumonia in China (including 4,853,506 excluded cases). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(26)日公布國內新增24例COVID-19確定病例，分別為1例本土及23例境外移入；另確診個案中無新增死亡。
指揮中心說明，今日新增1例本土病例(案17026)，為30多歲本國籍男性，未接種過COVID-19疫苗，今(2021)年12月25日因有陪病需求至醫院採檢，於今日確診( Ct值34.1，二採PCR檢驗陰性)，血清檢驗IgM陰性，IgG陽性，研判為非近期感染。目前已匡列接觸者14人，3人列居家隔離，6人列自主健康管理，5人列自我健康監測，其餘接觸者匡列中。衛生單位刻正進行疫情調查及防治工作，以釐清感染源。
指揮中心表示，今日新增23例境外移入個案，為13例男性、10例女性，年齡介於10多歲至70多歲，分別自美國(10例，案17003-17009、案17022-17023、案17025)、哈薩克(11例，案17010-17019、案17024)、喀麥隆(案17020)及南非(案17021)，入境日介於今(2021)年12月19日至12月24日；詳如新聞稿附件。
