台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、9月28日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が7例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例1例、輸入症例6例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たな死亡者は0例」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例1例（第16315号）は、50代の男性だが、9月27日に就業上の理由から病院を受診して自費検査を受けたところ、本日確定診断された； 患者はこのところは無症状。衛生単位が既に病院及び社区の調査と予防治療策を起動しており、関連の接触者をリストアップ中だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例6例は、20代から50代の男性3例、女性3例であり、9月13日から9月26日の間に出発前72時間以内の陰性証明書を携えて米国（2例、第16309、16313号）、日本（2例、第16310、16311号）、ベトナム（第16312号）、及びシンガポール（第16314号）から入境した。詳細は『☞ 20210928F 台湾新規増加輸入症例6名のリスト』を参照されたい」としている。

Taiwan found 7 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, 1 domestic and 6 imported cases from abroad

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (September 28) that there were 7 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 1 local and 6 imported cases; further, there was 0 death.
The command center explained that there was a new local case (case 16315) today, a male in his 50s. He went to a hospital for examination due to work needs on September 27 and was diagnosed today. The case has been asymptomatic recently. The health unit has initiated investigations and prevention in hospitals and communities, and related contacts are listed.
The command center said that today there are 6 new cases imported from abroad, consisting of 3 males and 3 females, aged between in their 20s to 50s. They came from the United States (2 cases: Case 16309, 16313), Japan (2 cases: Case 16310, 16311), Vietnam (Case 16312), Singapore (Case 16314) holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. Their entry date is between September 13 to 26, 2021; as for the details, please refer to the attached.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(28)日公布國內新增7例COVID-19確定病例，分別為1例本土及6例境外移入；另確診個案中無新增死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增1例本土個案(案16315)，為50多歲男性，9月27日因工作需求自費採檢，並於今日確診。個案近期均無症狀，衛生單位已啟動醫院及社區調查與防治，相關接觸者匡列中。
指揮中心指出，今日新增6例境外移入個案，為3例男性、3例女性，年齡介於20多歲至50多歲，分別自美國(2例，案16309、案16313)、日本(2例，案16310、案16311)、越南(案16312)、新加坡(案16314)入境，入境日介於9月13日至9月26日，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告；詳如新聞稿附件。
