台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日3月18日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は75例（うち本土症例1例、輸入症例74例：36例は着陸時検査で陽性とされたもの）；更に、確診症例中では、0例の死亡者が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例（第21792号）は、南部の30代男性だが、すでに2度のビオンテック製ワクチンを接種していた。 3月14日に喉の不調や悪寒、咳などの症状が現れ、購入した迅速検査の結果が陽性となった後、3月17日に衛生単位の手配した病院での検査をうけたところ、本日確定診断された（Ct価11.4）。感染源を調査中だが、衛生単位が疫学調査および関連の予防治療活動をしている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (March 18) that there were 75 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 1 local and 74 imported cases (36 were positive for flight landing tests); further, there was 0 death.
The command center said that today there was a new local case (case 21792), a male in his 30s in the south who received 2 doses of BNT vaccine. On March 14, he began to have symptoms such as throat discomfort, chills, and cough. After purchasing a quick home test, the health unit arranged for a medical examination on March 17. He was diagnosed today (CT value 11.4). During the investigation of the source of infection, the health unit will continue to carry out epidemic investigation and related prevention and control work.
The command center explained that today there are 74 new cases of immigration from abroad, consisting of 52 males and 22 females where 0 case is now under investigation of genders, aged between under 5 years old and 60s. They came from Vietnam (18 cases), the United States (9 cases), Indonesia (7 cases), Canada (3 cases), Poland (2 cases), Cambodia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Malaysia, Russia, India, Pakistan, Philippines and United Kingdom (1 case each), the other 26 cases are under investigation from where they entered; entering Taiwan between Dec. 17, 2021 and Mar.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(18)日公布國內新增75例COVID-19確定病例，分別為1例本土個案及74例境外移入(36例為航班落地採檢陽性)；另確診個案無新增死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增本土個案(案21792)，為南部30多歲男性，曾接種2劑BNT疫苗，3月14日開始陸續出現喉嚨不適、畏寒及咳嗽等症狀，自行購買家用快篩陽性後，3月17日由衛生單位安排就醫採檢，於今日確診(CT值11.4)，感染源調查中，衛生單位將持續進行疫調及相關防治工作。
