台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日7月31日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は21,069例（うち本土症例20,824例、輸入症例245例）；更に、確診症例中、34例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例20824例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性9645例、女性11172例、性別調査中7例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（3673例）、台中市（2577例）、桃園市（2258例）、台北市（2061例）、高雄市（1979例）、台南市（1645例）、彰化県（999例）、屏東県（653例）、新竹県（630例）、苗栗県（542例）、新竹市（526例）、雲林県（495例）、嘉義県（416例）、宜蘭県（405例）、花蓮県（390例）、南投県（375例）、基隆市（331例）、嘉義市（285例）、台東県（263例）、澎湖県（156例）、金門県（151例）、連江県（15例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (July 31) that there were 21,069 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 20,824 local and 245 imported cases; further, there were 34 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 20824 local cases today are 9645 males and 11172 females, (7 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (3673 cases), Taichung City (2577 cases), Taoyuan City (2258 cases), Taipei City (2061 cases), Kaohsiung City (1979 cases), Tainan City (1645 cases), Changhua County (999 cases), Pingtung County (653 cases), Hsinchu County (630 cases), Miaoli County (542 cases), Hsinchu City (526 cases), Yunlin County (495 cases), Chiayi County (416 cases), Yilan County (405 cases), Hualien County (390 cases), Nantou County (375 cases), Keelung City (331 cases), Chiayi City (284 cases), Taitung County (263 cases), Penghu County (156 cases), Jinmen County (151 cases), Lianjiang County (15 cases).
