台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日8月13日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は21,289例（うち本土症例21,056例、輸入症例233例）；更に、確診症例中、40例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例21056例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性9658例、女性11388例、性別調査中10例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（4082例）、台中市（2534例）、台北市（2439例）、桃園市（2327例）、高雄市（1744例）、台南市（1507例）、彰化県（951例）、新竹県（661例）、苗栗県（618例）、新竹市（518例）、雲林県（494例）、屏東県（491例）、宜蘭県（452例）、嘉義県（393例）、南投県（360例）、基隆市（341例）、花蓮県（311例）、澎湖県（251例）、台東県（232例）、嘉義市（226例）、金門県（108例）、連江県（16例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Aug 13) that there were 21,289 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 21,056 local and 233 imported cases; further, there were 40 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 21056 local cases today are 9658 males and 11388 females, (10 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (4082 cases), Taichung City (2534 cases), Taipei City (2439 cases), Taoyuan City (2327 cases), Kaohsiung City (1744 cases), Tainan City (1507 cases), Changhua County (951 cases), Hsinchu County (661 cases), Miaoli County (616 cases), Hsinchu City (518 cases), Yunlin County (494 cases), Pingtung County (491 cases), Yilan County (452 cases), Chiayi County (393 cases), Nantou County (360 cases), Keelung City (341 cases), Hualien County (311 cases), Penghu County (251 cases), Taitung County (232 cases), Chiayi City (226 cases), Jinmen County (108 cases), Lianjiang County (16 cases).
