台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日4月20日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は2481例（うち本土症例2386例、輸入症例95例：82例は着陸時検査で陽性とされたもの）；更に、確診症例中では、0例の死亡者が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例2386例は、5歳未満から90代の男性1232例、女性1154例、性別調査中0例だ。発症日は3月19日から4月20日の間で、1267例の無症状感染が含まれる。患者分布は、新台北市（822例）、台北市（471例）、桃園市（387例）、基隆市（191例）、高雄市（97例）、宜蘭県（89例）、花蓮県（86例）、台中市（76例）、屏東県（31例）、台南市（24例）、新竹県（23例）、彰化県および南投県（各17例）、苗栗県（16例）、雲林県（14例）、新竹市（11例）、台東県（5例）、嘉義市および連江県（各3例）、嘉義県（2例）、澎湖県（1例）。関連の調査が進行中である」としている。

Taiwan found 2481 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19, 2386 domestic and 95 imported cases from abroad

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (April 20) that there were 2481 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 2386 local and 95 imported cases (82 were positive for flight landing tests); further, there were 2 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 2386 local cases today are 1232 males and 1105 females, (0 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and 90s. The date of onset is from March 19 to April 20, 2022, including 1267 asymptomatic infections. The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (822 cases), Taipei City (471 cases), Taoyuan City (387 cases), Keelung City (191 cases), Kaohsiung City (97 cases), Yilan County (89 cases), Hualien County (86 cases), Taichung City (76 cases), Pingtung County (31 cases), Tainan City (24 cases), Hsinchu County (23 cases), Changhua County and Nantou County (17 cases each), Miaoli County (16 cases), Yunlin County (14 cases), Hsinchu City (11 cases), Taitung County (5 cases), Chiayi City and Lianjiang County (3 cases each), Chiayi County (2 cases), Penghu County (1 case). The related epidemic investigation is ongoing.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(20)日公布國內新增2,481例COVID-19確定病例，分別為2,386例本土個案及95例境外移入(82例為航班落地採檢陽性)；另確診個案無新增死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之2,386例本土病例，為1,232例男性、1,154例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2022)年3月19日至4月20日，其中包含1,267例為無症狀感染。個案分佈為新北市(822例)、臺北市(471例)、桃園市(387例)、基隆市(191例)、高雄市(97例)、宜蘭縣(89例)、花蓮縣(86例)、臺中市(76例)、屏東縣(31例)、臺南市(24例)、新竹縣(23例)、彰化縣及南投縣(各17例)、苗栗縣(16例)、雲林縣(14例)、新竹市(11例)、臺東縣(5例)、嘉義市及連江縣(各3例)、嘉義縣(2例)、澎湖縣(1例)。相關疫情調查
