台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日7月17日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は24,325例（うち本土症例24,196例、輸入症例129例）；更に、確診症例中、73例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例24196例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性11103例、女性13088例、性別調査中5例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（4112例）、台中市（3065例）、桃園市（2607例）、
高雄市（2538例）、台北市（2401例）、台南市（1779例）、彰化県（1193例）、屏東県（771例）、苗栗県（654例）、宜蘭県（648例）、新竹県（634例）、雲林県（627例）、新竹市（604例）、南投県（425例）、花蓮県（415例）、嘉義県（393例）、基隆市（385例）、台東県（295例）、金門県（244例）、嘉義市（235例）、澎湖県（142例）、連江県（29例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (July 17) that there were 24,325 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 24,196 local and 129 imported cases; further, there were 73 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 24196 local cases today are 11103 males and 13088 females, (5 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (4112 cases), Taichung City (3065 cases), Taoyuan City (2607 cases), Kaohsiung City (2538 cases), Taipei City (2401 cases), Tainan City (1779 cases), Changhua County (1193 cases), Pingtung County (771 cases), Miaoli County (654 cases), Yilan County (648 cases), Hsinchu County (634 cases), Yunlin County (627 cases), Hsinchu City (604 cases), Nantou County (425 cases), Hualien County (415 cases), Chiayi County (393 cases), Keelung City (385 cases), Taitung County (295 cases), Jinmen County (244 cases), Chiayi City (235 cases), Penghu County (142 cases), Lianjiang County (29 cases).

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(17)日公布國內新增24,325例COVID-19確定病例，分別為24,196例本土個案及129例境外移入；另確診個案中新增73例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之24,196例本土病例，為11,103例男性、13,088例女性、5例調查中，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲以上，個案分布為新北市(4,112例)、臺中市(3,065例)、桃園市(2,607例)、高雄市(2,538例)、臺北市(2,401例)、臺南市(1,779例)、彰化縣(1,193例)、屏東縣(771例)、苗栗縣(654例)、宜蘭縣(648例)、新竹縣(634例)、雲林縣(627例)、新竹市(604例)、南投縣(425例)、花蓮縣(415例)、嘉義縣(393例)、基隆市(385例)、臺東縣(295例)、金門縣(244例)、嘉義市(235例)、澎湖縣(142例)、連江縣(29例)。
指揮中心指出，今日新增73例本土病例死亡個案，為41例男性、32例女性，年齡介於30多歲至90多歲以上，皆屬重度感染個案、71例具慢性病史、51例未接種3劑 COVID-19疫苗。確診日介於今(2022)年5月14日至7月14日，死亡日期介於5月14日至7月15日，詳如新聞稿附件。
指揮中心說明，今日新增129例境外移入個案中，為63例男性、66例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至70多歲，
