台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日8月27日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は25,901例（うち本土症例25,621例、輸入症例280例）；更に、確診症例中、40例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例25,621例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性11,493例、女性14,115例、性別調査中13例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（5,539例）、台北市（3,167例）、桃園市（2,976例）、台中市（2,952例）、高雄市（2,076例）、台南市（1,545例）、彰化県（977例）、新竹県（767例）、新竹市（733例）、苗栗県（653例）、屏東県（620例）、宜蘭県（567例）、雲林県（516例）、花蓮県（509例）、基隆市（440例）、南投県（396例）、嘉義県（371例）、台東県（272例）、嘉義市（271例）、澎湖県（132例）、金門県（119例）、連江県（23例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Aug 27) that there were 25,901 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 25,621 local and 280 imported cases; further, there were 40 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 25621 local cases today are 11493 males and 14115 females, (13 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (5539 cases), Taipei City (3167 cases), Taoyuan City (2976 cases), Taichung City (2952 cases), Kaohsiung City (2076 cases), Tainan City (1545 cases), Changhua County (977 cases), Hsinchu County (767 cases), Hsinchu City (733 cases), Miaoli County (653 cases), Pingtung County (620 cases), Yilan County (567 cases), Yunlin County (516 cases), Hualien County (509 cases), Keelung City (440 cases), Nantou County (396 cases), Chiayi County (371 cases), Taitung County (272 cases), Chiayi City (271 cases), Penghu County (132 cases), Jinmen County (119 cases), Lianjiang County (23 cases).
