台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日4月12日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は663例（うち本土症例551例、輸入症例112例：30例は着陸時検査で陽性とされたもの）；更に、確診症例中では、0例の死亡者が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例551例は、5歳未満から90代の男性291例、女性260例、性別調査中0例だ。発症日は4月04日から4月12日の間で、242例の無症状感染が含まれる。患者分布は、新台北市（162例）、台北市（115例）、高雄市（61例）、桃園市（53例）、基隆市（37例）、花蓮県（31例）、台中市（26例）、新竹県（16例）、屏東県（14例）、台南市（9例）、宜蘭県および新竹市（各8例）、嘉義県（4例）、苗栗県（3例）、雲林県（2例）、彰化県および南投県（各1例）。関連の調査が進行中である」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (April 12) that there were 663 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 551 local and 112 imported cases (30 were positive for flight landing tests); further, there was 0 death.
The command center stated that the new 551 local cases today are 291 males and 260 females, and 0 are under investigation of genders, aged between under 5 years old and 90s. The date of onset is from April 04 to April 12, 2022, including 242 asymptomatic infections. 央流行疫情指揮中心今(12)日公布國內新增663例COVID-19確定病例，分別為551例本土個案及112例境外移入(30例為航班落地採檢陽性)；另確診個案無新增死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之551例本土病例，為291例男性、260例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2022)年4月4日至4月12日，其中包含242例為無症狀感染。個案分佈為新北市(162例)，臺北市(115例)，高雄市(61例)，桃園市(53例)，基隆市(37例)，花蓮縣(31例)，臺中市(26例)，新竹縣(16例)，屏東縣(14例)，臺南市(9例)，宜蘭縣及新竹市(各8例)，嘉義縣(4例)，苗栗縣(3例)，雲林縣(2例)，彰化縣
