台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日5月26日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は81,907例（うち本土症例81,852例、輸入症例55例：26例は着陸時検査で陽性とされたもの）；更に、確診症例中では、104例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例81852例は、5歳未満から90歳以上の男性39020例、女性42799例、性別調査中33!!例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（17632例）、台中市（9944例）、桃園市（9484例）、台北市（9062例）、高雄市（8566例）、台南市（5871例）、彰化県（3281例）、屏東県（2623例）、新竹県（2282例）、宜蘭県（2041例）、苗栗県（1700例）、基隆市（1690例）、新竹市（1679例）、花蓮県（1291例）、雲林県（1105例）、南投県（1004例）、嘉義県（920例）、台東県（749例）、嘉義市（522例）、澎湖県（206例）、金門県（182例）、および連江県（18例）、関連の調査が進行中である」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (May 26) that there were 81,907 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 81,852 local and 55 imported cases (26 were positive for flight landing tests); further, there were 104 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 81852 local cases today are 39020 males and 42799 females, (33 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and 90s. The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (17632 cases), Taichung City (9944 cases),Taoyuan City (9484 cases), Taipei City (9062 cases), Kaohsiung City (8566 cases), Tainan City (5871 cases), Changhua County (3281 cases), Pingtung County (2623 cases), Hsinchu County (2282 cases), Yilan County (2041 cases), Miaoli County (1700 cases), Keelung City (1690 cases), Hsinchu City (1679 cases), Hualien County (1291 cases), Yunlin County (1105 cases), Nantou County (1004 cases), Chiayi County (920 cases), Taitung County (749 cases), Chiayi City (522 cases), Penghu County (206 cases), Jinmen County (182 cases), Lianjiang County (18 cases).
