台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月13日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が175例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例174例、輸入症例1例となった。 確診症例中、新たに26例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例174例が増えたが、5歳未満から90代までの男性79人、女性95人であり、2021年5月23日～6月12日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が81例と最多で、次いで台北市の62例、桃園市16例、基隆市7例、彰化県4例、新竹県2例、台中市、花蓮県各1例となっている。そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の31例中、20例の感染源は既に判明、7例が関連不明、4例が調査中となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例26例は、50代から90歳代の男性15例、女性11例となっているが、発症日については5月6日～6月10日、 確定診断日は5月15日～6月12日、死亡日は、6月4日～6月12日となる。 詳細は☞ 20210613E 台湾新規増加死者26名のリストを参照されたい」としている。
指揮センターは、「新たに増えた輸入症例 第12924号は20代の台湾籍男性だが、4月に米国でCOVID-19陽性とされた。彼は、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち、5月17日に米国から帰台した。帰台後は、防疫ホテルで在宅隔離していたのだが6月11日に自費検査を受けたところ、本日確定診断された（宮本注：米国で4月にコロナ感染が確認された後、72時間以内の陰性証明をもって帰国、隔離期間を終了して自費検査を受けて、入境後28日目に確診されたことになります。 米国の検査がいい加減だったとすると五輪で来日する米国選手らの検査も疑う必要がありそうです）。 患者は台湾に入ってからは無症状であっ

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 13 that there were 175 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 174 local cases and one (1) imported cases from abroad. There were 26 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 174 local cases today are 79 males and 95 females, aged under 5 to in their 90s, with onset dates between May 23 and June 12, 2021. The distribution of cases is 81 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 62 cases in Taipei City, 16 cases in Taoyuan City, 7 cases in Keelung City, 4 cases in Changhua County, 2 cases in Xinzhu County, 1 case each in Taizhong City and Hualian County. Out of the 31 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 20 cases are known their sources of infection, 7 cases of unknown relation, 7 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 26 new deaths reported today are, 15 males and 11 females, ranging in age from their 50s to 90s. The onset date is between May 6 and June 10, the date of diagnosis is between May 15 and June 12, the date of death is between June 4 and Jun. 12; as for details, see the attachment.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(13)日公布國內新增175例COVID-19確定病例，分別為174例本土及1例境外移入；另確診個案中新增26例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之174例本土病例，為79例男性、95例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年5月23日至6月12日。個案分佈以新北市81例最多，其次為臺北市62例，桃園市16例，基隆市7例，彰化縣4例，新竹縣2例，臺中市及花蓮縣各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市31例中，20例為已知感染源、7例關聯不明、4例調查中；相關疫情調查持續進行中。
