台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月18日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が188例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例187例、輸入症例1例となった。 確診症例中、新たに21例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例187例が増えたが、5歳未満から90代までの男性83人、女性104人であり、2021年5月29日～6月17日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が76例と最多で、次いで台北市の71例、苗栗県26例、新竹県10例、桃園市6例、基隆市4例、台中市2例、花蓮県及び新竹県各各1例となっている。そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の40例中、38例の感染源は既に判明、1例が関連不明となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例21例は、50代から90歳代の男性12例、女性9例となっているが、発症日については5月6日～6月13日、 確定診断日は5月19日～6月15日、死亡日は、6月10日～6月16日となる。 詳細は☞ 20210618E 台湾新規増加死者21名のリストを参照されたい」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 18 that there were 188 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 187 local cases and one (1) imported case from abroad. There were 21 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 187 local cases today are 83 males and 104 females, aged under 5 to in their 90s, with onset dates between May 29 and June 17, 2021. The distribution of cases is 76 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 71 cases in Taipei City, 26 cases in Miaoli County, 6 cases in Taoyuan City, 4 cases in Keelung City, 2 cases in Taizhong City. Out of the 40 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 38 cases are known their sources of infection, 2 cases’ relation is unknown. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 21 new deaths reported today are, 12 males and 9 females, ranging in age from their 50s to 90s. The onset date is between May 6 and June 13, the date of diagnosis is between May 19 and June 15, the date of death is between June 10 and Jun. 16; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 6,873 people have been released from quarantine, among 12,210 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to June 16. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 56.3% of the confirmed

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(18)日公布國內新增188例COVID-19確定病例，分別為187例本土個案及1例境外移入；確診個案中新增21例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之187例本土病例，為83例男性、104例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年5月29日至6月17日。個案分佈以新北市76例最多，其次為臺北市71例，苗栗縣26例，桃園市6例，基隆市4例，臺中市2例，花蓮縣及新竹縣各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市40例中，38例為已知感染源、2例關聯不明；相關疫情調查持續進行中。
指揮中心說明，今日新增21例死亡個案，為男性12位、女性9位，年齡介於50多歲至90多歲，發病日介於5月6日至6月13日，確診日介於5月19日至6月15日，死亡日介於6月10日至6月16日，詳如新聞稿附件。
