中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月04日、台湾では新たにCOVID-19確診症例が341例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例339例、輸入症例2例となり、更に本土症例先週各曜日の患者数に修正反映された133例が加えられて総計474例となった。 確診症例中、新たに21例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例339例が増えたが、5歳未満から100代までの男性170人、女性169人で、発症は2021年4月1日～6月3日の間；更に、修正され各曜日に振り分け追加された133人の内訳は、5歳から80代までの男性57人、女性76人で、2021年5月18日～6月2日に発症していた」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「上述本土症例472 例中では、新北市が227例と最多で、次いで台北市の152例、苗栗県51例、桃園市11例、台中市及び基隆市各7例、彰化県6例、新竹市及び南投県各2例、花蓮県、宜蘭県、新竹県、屏東県、高雄市、嘉義県及び雲林県各1例となっている。 そのうち、台北市都心台北市の両地区以外の県・市の93例中、1例に萬華での活動歴があり、76例の感染源は既に判明、関連が不明なもの14例、感染源調査中2例となっており、関連調査が今なお進められている」と指摘している。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例21例は、30代から90代の男性14例、女性7例となっているが、発症日については5月15日～27日、 確定診断日は5月21日～5月30日、死亡日は、5月27日～6月2日となる。 詳細は☞ 20210604E 台湾新規増加死者リストを参照されたい」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 04 that there were 341 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 339 local cases and 2 imported cases from abroad; In addition, there were 133 cases of corrected regression to local cases, that is, we found 474 cases in total. Further, there were 21 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 339 local cases today are 170 males and 169 females, aged under 5 to over 100s, with onset dates between Apr. 1 and June 3, 2021; further, among the 133 corrected regression cases, 57 were males and 76 were females. The age ranged from under 5 to over 80, and the onset date was between May 18 and June 2.
The command center pointed out
that among the 472 cases, the distribution of cases is 227 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 152 cases in Taipei City, 51 cases in Miaoli County, 11 cases in Taoyuan City, 6 cases in Changhua County, 7 cases each in Taizhong City and Keelung City, 2 cases each in Xinzhu City and Nantou Count, 1 case each in Hualian County, Yilan County, Xinzhu County, Pingdong County, Kaosiung City, Jiayi County and Yunlin County. Of the 93 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 1 case has activity history in Wanhua, 76 cases are known their sources of infection, 14 cases of unknown relation, 2 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 21 new deaths reported today are, 14 males and 7 females, ranging in age from their 30s to 90s. The onset date is between May 15 and May 27, the date of diagnosis is between May 21 and May 30, the date of death is between May 27 and Jun. 02; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that there are two newly added cases of overseas immigration today. Case 10211 is a Vietnamese male in his 30s. He came to work in Taiwan on May 18 and had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering Taiwan, he went to the anti-epidemic hotel for quarantine. 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(4)日公布國內新增341例COVID-19確定病例，分別為339例本土個案及2例境外移入個案；另有校正回歸本土個案133例，總計474例。確診個案中新增21例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之339例本土病例，為170例男性、169例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至100多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年4月1日至6月3日。另校正回歸個案133例中，為57例男性、76例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至80多歲，發病日介於5月18日至6月2日。
指揮中心指出，綜上所有本土個案共472例，分布地區以新北市227例最多，其次為臺北市152例、苗栗縣51例、桃園市11例、臺中市及基隆市各7例、彰化縣6例、新竹市及南投縣各2例，花蓮縣、宜蘭縣、新竹縣、屏東縣、高雄市、嘉義縣及雲林縣各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市93例中，1例有萬華活動史，76例為已知感染源，14例關聯不明、2例疫調中。相關疫情調查持續進行中。
指揮中心說明，今日新增21例死亡個案，共計為男性14位、女性7位，年齡介於30多歲至90多歲，發病日介於5月15日至5月27日，確診日介於5月21日至5月30日，死亡日介於5月27日至6月2日，詳如新聞稿附件。
