中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月02日、台湾では新たにCOVID-19確診症例が372例増え、更にこれに本土症例先週各曜日の患者数に修正反映された177例が加えられて総計549例となった。 確診症例中、新たに12例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例372例が見つかったが、5歳未満から90代までの男性207人、女性165人で、2021年5月02日～6月01日に発症していた；更に、修正され各曜日に振り分け追加された177人の内訳は、5歳から80代までの男性96人、女性81人で、2021年5月13日～5月30日に発症していた」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「上述本土症例549 例中では、新北市が319例と最多で、次いで台北市の152例、桃園市28例、基隆市18例、苗栗県12例、彰化県10例、高雄市5例、台東県4例、台中市3例、新竹県及び台南市各2例、新竹市、南投県及び花蓮県各1例となっている。そのうち、双北地区の87例中、1例は萬華での活動歴があること、65例の感染源は既に判明、関連が不明なもの21例となっており、関連調査が今なお進められている」と指摘している。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun2 02 that there were 372 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan; In addition, there were 177 cases of corrected regression to local cases, that is, we found 549 cases in total. Further, there were 12 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 372 local cases today are 207 males and 165 females, aged under 5 to over 90s, with onset dates between May 02 and June 01, 2021; further, among the 177 corrected regression cases, 96 were males and 81 were females. The age ranged from under 5 to over 80, and the onset date was between May 13 and May 30.
The command center pointed out that among the 549 cases, the distribution of cases is 310 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 152 cases in Taipei City, 28 cases in Taoyuan City, 18 cases in Keelung City, 12 cases in Miaoli County, 10 cases in Changhua County, 5 cases in Kaosiung City, 4 cases in Taidong County, 3 cases in Taizhong City, 2 cases each in Xinzhu County and Tainan City, 1 case each in Xinzhu City, Nantou County and Hualian County.
Among them, except for 87 cases in Taipei City and New Taipei City, 1 case had a history of Wanhua activities, 65 cases were known sources of infection, and 21 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(2)日公布國內新增372例本土COVID-19確定病例，另有校正回歸本土個案177例，總計549例。確診個案中新增12例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之372例本土病例，為207例男性、165例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至90多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年5月2日至6月1日。另校正回歸個案177例中，為96例男性、81例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至80多歲，發病日介於5月13日至5月30日。
指揮中心指出，綜上所有本土個案共549例，分布地區以新北市310例最多，其次為臺北市152例、桃園市28例、基隆市18例、苗栗縣12例、彰化縣10例、高雄市5例、臺東縣4例、臺中市3例，新竹縣及臺南市各2例，新竹市、南投縣及花蓮縣各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市87例中1例有萬華活動史，65例已知感染源，21例關聯不明。相關疫情調查持續進行中。
