中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月27日、 新たにCOVID-19の確診症例1例が増えたが（第1111号）、オーストラリアで陽性が検出されたパイロット（第1090号）の同居人だ」と発表した。
指揮センターの説明によると、「第1111号患者は、インドネシア籍の40代女性で、最近の渡航歴はなかったが、2021年4月21日に濃厚接触者として在宅隔離になっていたが、当日及び翌22日の検査結果はいずれも陰性であった。 4月26日になってのどの渇き、筋肉痛、眩暈、口腔内の苦しさ、悪心、睡眠不足などの症状が現れたため、衛生単位の手配により、検査を受けたところ本日確定診断された（Ct値22）。 患者の家庭での濃厚接触者は1人で、在宅隔離期間が5月10日まで延長されたが、他に3名の接触者がいるが、防疫タクシーの運転手で、接触時には、双方ともにマスクをしていたことから、自主健康管理とした」とのことだ。
指揮センターの統計によれば、これまでに新型コロナウィルス肺炎に関する通報は、国内累計で204,833例（排除された202,612例を含む）となった。 そのうち確診症例数は1,110例であり、夫々輸入症例984例、本土症例79例、敦睦艦隊36例、航空機感染2例及び不明1例、調査中8例となっている； この他、症例番号530は、欠番となっている。 確診された患者中死亡者数は12例、1,050例が隔離を解除され、48人が入院隔離中であるという。

The Central Epidemic Command Center said on April 27 that there was a newly confirmed case of COVID-19 (Case 1111), who was a family member of the case 1090 (The case 1090 was tested positive for COVID-19).
The command center explained that the Case 1111 is an Indonesian woman in her 40s. She has no recent history of going abroad. She was listed as a home quarantine person as one of the close contact on April 21, 2021. The test results on the same day and the next (22) day were negative. On April 26, symptoms such as dry throat, body pain, dizziness, mouth pain, nausea, and inability to fall asleep occurred. The health unit arranged for examination and was diagnosed today (Ct value 22). There was one household contact in the case. The home quarantine date was extended to May 10, and three other contacts were listed as taxi drivers for epidemic prevention. Both parties wore masks when they were in contact, and they were listed for independent health management.
According to the statistics of the command center, so far, there have been a total of 204,833 notifications related to novel coronavirus pneumonia in China (including 202,612 excluded cases). 指揮中心說明，案1111為印尼籍40多歲女性，近期無出國史，今(2021)年4月21日匡列為居家隔離接觸者，當日及次(22)日採檢結果均為陰性。4月26日出現喉嚨乾、身體痛、暈眩、口苦、噁心、睡不著等症狀，由衛生單位安排採檢，於今日確診(Ct值22)。個案家庭接觸者1人，延長居家隔離日期至5月10日，另匡列3名接觸者，為防疫計程車司機，接觸時雙方皆佩戴口罩，列自主健康管理。
