中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本5月12日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例4例が確定診断されたが、フィリピン（第1212～1214号）、インド（第1215号）からの輸入症例だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1214～1214号は、フィリピン籍出稼ぎ労働者だが、20代～30代の男性2人、女性1人となる。彼らは出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち、2021年4月27日に就労のため来台した。来台後は、集中検疫所で隔離され、5月10日に隔離期間満了前検査をしたところ本日確定診断された（Ct値は31～35）。患者3名は、台湾後に症状がなく、隔離期間中に他人との接触はなかったため接触者リストは作成していない」としている（出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月27日に来台し、翌日に検査を受け、入国後16日目にして確定診断されたということです）。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on May 12 that there were four new confirmed cases of imported COVID-19 in China, which entered the Philippines (Case 1212 to Case 1214) and India (Case 1215).
The command center said, the Cases 1212 to 1214 are all Filipino migrant workers, 2 men and 1 woman, in their 20s and 30s. They came to work in Taiwan on April 27, 2021, and they all had a negative test report within 3 days before boarding. After entering Taiwan, they went to the centralized quarantine station for isolation. They were quarantined before the expiration of the quarantine period on May 10, and they were diagnosed today (Ct value between 31 and 35). Three cases were asymptomatic since they entered Taiwan and did not have any contact with others during the quarantine period, so no contacts were listed.
Case 1215 is a Taiwanese male in his 40s who worked in India in February this year and returned to Taiwan on May 10 with a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. He was investigated at the airport for his having nasal congestion when he arrived Taiwan, and he was diagnosed today (Ct value 28). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(12)日公布國內新增4例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，自菲律賓(案1212至案1214)及印度(案1215)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1212至案1214均為菲律賓籍移工，分別為2男1女，年齡介於20至30多歲，今(2021)年4月27日來臺工作，皆持有登機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至集中檢疫所檢疫，5月10日進行檢疫期滿前採檢，於今日確診(Ct值介於31至35)。3名個案在臺期間並無症狀，檢疫期間未與他人接觸，故無匡列接觸者。
案1215為本國籍40多歲男性，今年2月至印度工作，並於5月10日返臺，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境時因有鼻塞症狀於機場採檢，並於今日確診(Ct值28)。已掌握個案接觸者共2人，為一同自印度返
