2021年01月14日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たに新型コロナウィルス肺炎確診症例43例が増えた（全員綏化市望奎県からのものだが、13例は望奎県の無症状感染者が確診症例に転じたもの）と発表。治癒退院した確診症例は黒河市愛輝区の1例となる。 新たに増えた無症状感染者は31例（綏化市望奎県25例、綏化市青岡県1例、大慶市サルト区1例、伊春市大箐山県1例、チチハル市昂昂溪区3例）だった。 彼らは全員望奎県恵七鎮恵七村の確診症例や無症状感染者の濃厚接触者及びその濃厚接触者である。現地政府が、提出された情報に基づき探し出した全ての市民に対するPCR検査の結果陽性となったものである。専門家が臨床症状を基に確診症例或いは無症状感染者と診断し、患者は現在定点医療機構に転送されて集中隔離治療或いは集中医学観察が進められている。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 14, 2021, 43 new cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia were diagnosed in Heilongjiang Province (Wangkui County, Suihua City, 13 of which were cases of asymptomatic infection in Wangkui County converted to diagnosed cases). One diagnosed case was cured and discharged (Aihui District, Heihe City). There were 31 new asymptomatic infections (25 cases in Wangkui County, Suihua City, 1 case in Qinggang County, Suihua City, 1 case in Saertu District, Daqing City, 1 case in Daqingshan County, Yichun City, 3 cases in Angangxi District, Qiqihar City). They are all close contacts and close contacts’ close contacts of diagnosed cases and cases of asymptomatic infection in Huiqi Village, Huiqi Town, Wangkui County.
