2020年12月13日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例2例（綏芬河市の現地患者2例）が新たに増えたが、新たな無症状感染者は出ていない（宮本注： この綏芬河市も東寧市も塔河県もロシアと国境を接している地区です）。
2020年12月13日24時までの時点では、現有確診症例9例（東寧市の現地患者2例、綏芬河市の現地患者6例、塔河県の輸入患者1例）、現有無症状感染者2例（綏芬河市現地患者2例）となっている。
新たに増えた確診症例の状況：
患者１： 84歳女性、退職者。 確診症例薛XXさんの濃厚接触者綏芬河市機関区鉄路総合ビル在住者。
患者２： 58歳女性、無職。 綏芬河市迎澤麗都小区在住。 無症状感染者張XX氏の濃厚接触者。
患者2人は、12月13日の全市PCR検査時には陰性だったが、専門家により確診症例と診断され、既に定点医療機関に送られて隔離治療を受けている。関連部門は、患者の接触者と接触者の濃厚接触者全員に対する集中隔離観察を実施しており、患者の活動していた場所には週末消毒及び封鎖管理措置を講じている。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 13, 2020, there were 2 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province (2 in Suifenhe City), and no new asymptomatic infections. (Miyamoto’s note: the area where infected cases are found are areas at the eastern part of the province which is located next to Russia)
As of 24:00 on December 13, 2020, there are currently 9 confirmed cases (2 in Dongning City, 6 in Suifenhe City, 1 in Tahe County), and 2 asymptomatic infections (2 in Suifenhe City).
Newly diagnosed cases:
Case 1: Female, 84 years old, retired, currently living in the railway complex of the locomotive depot in Suifenhe City, a close contact of the confirmed case Xue XX.
Case 2: Female, 58 years old, unemployed, currently living in Yingze Lidu Community, Suifenhe City, and a close contact with Mr. Zhang XX, an asymptomatic infected person.
Though the city’s nucleic acid screening test on December 13 for these two cases was positive, experts diagnosed the case as a confirmed case and the case has now been transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation and treatment. Relevant departments implement centralized isolation and observation of all close contacts and close contacts detected in the case, and conduct terminal disinfection and closed management of places where cases have been active.
