2020年12月15日 0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例は0例が増えた。 新たな無症状感染者1例（綏芬河市の本土症例）が増えた（宮本注： 綏芬河市・東寧市・塔河県はロシアと国境を接している地区です）。
2020年12月15日24時までの時点では、現有確診症例11例（東寧市の現地患者2例、綏芬河市の現地患者8例、塔河県の輸入患者1例）、 現有無症状感染者3例（綏芬河市現地患者3例）となっている。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 15, 2020, there was no (0) newly confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province, and one (1) new case of asymptomatic infection. (Miyamoto’s note: the area where infected cases are found are areas at the eastern part of the province which is located next to Russia)
As of 24:00 on December 15, 2020, there are currently 11 confirmed cases (2 in Dongning City, 8 in Suifenhe City, 1 in Tahe County), and 3 asymptomatic infections (3 in Suifenhe City).
Asymptomatic infection: female, 24 years old, kindergarten teacher, currently living in Hairong Xingfuli Community, Suifenhe City, and a close contact of the confirmed case Zhang XX. On December 15th, during the nucleic acid screening of close contacts under concentrated observation, the nucleic acid test was positive.
