宮本注 ： 新疆地域での 患者数が 急増しているため 7月 23日より、 新疆ウィグル自治区の 人民政府が発表した 感染情報 （7月15日 発表分以後の情報）を チェックしなおして みました。 これは、 その 第13弾です。
新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）は、 2020年07月25日0時 ～ 24時の間に、 新規確診症例22例 （うち、無症状感染者から確診症例に転じたものは5例）、新規治癒退院者0例、新規死亡症例0を報告した。 うち： 新規確診患者中のウルムチ市が22例を占めている。
確診症例・治癒退院者・死者：
2020年07月25日24時時点で、新疆 （生産建設兵団を 含む）における、累計確診症例数は 213例（新疆ウィグル自治区188例、新疆生産建設兵団25例）、 累計治癒退院者73例、累計死亡者数3例、現有確診患者数137例（危篤2例、重症14例）となっているが その内訳は、ウルムチ市135例、カシュガル地区1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例となる。
宮本注： 累計確診症例数の213人は、1月来の全区累計を意味しています。 7月15日以後の患者数は137人（現有確診患者数となる）となります。 即、それ以前の合計が76人であったということを意味します。

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government. This is the thirteenth one.
From 0:00 to 24:00, July 25, 2020, Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 22 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (including 5 asymptomatic patients who were converted to diagnosed cases), 0 newly cured and discharged cases, and 0 new deaths. Among the newly diagnosed cases, 22 are in Urumqi.
As of 24:00 on July 25, Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) has reported a total of 213 diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (188 in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 25 in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps), a total of 73 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 3 deaths. There are currently 137 diagnosed cases (2 critical cases, 14 severe cases), including 135 in Urumqi, 1 in Kashgar (imported cases in Urumqi), and 1 in the Production and Construction Corps.
From 0:00 to 24:00 on July 25, Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 38 new asymptomatic patients, and 5 cases were converted to diagnosed case that day. There are 147 asymptomatic patients, all are in Urumqi.
As of 24:00 on July 25, there are still 7,184 people in Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps)

截至7月25日24时，新疆（含兵团）累计报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例213例(新疆维吾尔自治区188例、新疆生产建设兵团25例)，累计治愈出院病例73 例，累计死亡病例3例。现有确诊病例137例（危重症2例、重症14例），其中乌鲁木齐市135例、喀什地区1例(乌鲁木齐市输入病例)、兵团1例。
