新疆ウィグル自治区衛生健康委員会は、2020年07月31日0時 ～ 24時の間に、新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）で、 新規確診症例31例、 新増無症状感染者は8例（全てウルムチ市）； 新たに治癒退院した確診患者は7例、新たに医学観察を解除された無症状感染者は7例（全てウルムチ市）、重症から普通型になった患者は2例だったと報告した。
2020年07月31日24時時点で、新疆 （生産建設兵団を 含む）における、現有確診患者数は547例（危篤5例、重症25例）となっているが その内訳は、ウルムチ市544例、カシュガル地区1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例となり； 現有無症状感染者は109例だがその内訳はウルムチ市107例、 生産建設兵団1例、 昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）； 今なお医学観察を受けているものは13,540人となっている。

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government. This is the nineteenth one.
From 0:00 to 24:00, July 31, 2020, Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced that Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 31 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, 8 newly added asymptomatic patients of which all are from Urumqi; 7 newly cured and discharged cases, 7 asymptomatic patients are newly lifted from their medical observation of which all are from Urumqi City; 2 severe cases are converted to normal type.
As of 24:00 on July 31, there are currently 547 diagnosed cases (5 critical cases, 25 severe cases), of which 544 cases are in Urumqi, 1 in Kashgar (imported cases in Urumqi), and 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported cases in Urumqi), 1 in the Production and Construction Corps in Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps); Currently a total of 109 Asymptomatic Patients, of which 108 are in Urumqi, 1 in Production and Construction Corps, 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi); There are still 14,540 peoples who are under medical observation.
