新疆ウィグル自治区衛生健康委員会は、2020年08月03日0時 ～ 24時の間に、新疆ウィグル自治区（生産建設兵団含む）で、 新規確診症例28例； 新増無症状感染者は9例（全てウルムチ市）； 新たに治癒退院した確診患者は12例、新たに医学観察を解除された無症状感染者は11例（全てウルムチ市）が報告されたと発表した。
2020年08月03日24時時点で、新疆 （生産建設兵団を 含む）における現有確診患者数は606例（危篤6例、重症21例）となっているが その内訳は、ウルムチ市602例、カシュガル地区2例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例1例、ウルムチ市の流行に関連した患者1例）、昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例となり； 現有無症状感染者は114例だがその内訳はウルムチ市112例、昌吉州1例（ウルムチ市からの輸入症例）、生産建設兵団1例； 今なお医学観察を受けているものは15,213人となっている。

Miyamoto’s note : We realized that the number of Xinjiang is increasing. Therefore, we have been rechecking the COVID-19 information from Jul. 15, 2020 released by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government. This is the twenty-second one.
From 0:00 to 24:00, August 03, 2020, Health Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced that Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps) reported 28 newly diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia; 9 newly added asymptomatic patients of which all are from Urumqi; 12 newly cured and discharged cases, 11 asymptomatic patients are newly lifted from their medical observation of which all are from Urumqi City; on the same day.
As of 24:00 on August 03, there are currently 606 diagnosed cases (6 critical cases, 21 severe cases), of which 602 cases are in Urumqi, 2 in Kashgar (1 imported cases in Urumqi and 1 related case with Urumqi City’s epidemic), and 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported case from Urumqi City), 1 in the Production and Construction Corps, in Xinjiang (including the Production and Construction Corps); Currently a total of 114 Asymptomatic Patients, of which 112 are in Urumqi, 1 in Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi), 1 in the Production and Construction Corps; There are still 15,213 peoples who are under medical observation.

新疆维吾尔自治区卫生健康委最新通报，8月3日0时至24时，新疆维吾尔自治区（含新疆生产建设兵团）报告新增新冠肺炎确诊病例28例，新增无症状感染者9例，均在乌鲁木齐市；新增治愈出院确诊病例12例，无症状感染者解除医学观察11例，均在乌鲁木齐市。
