北京市CDCは28日夜、同28日、北京で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が見つかったこと並びに、臨床専門家グループにより当該患者を同日午後4時に確診したと発表した。
北京では、今年4月13日に初のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確診されたが、患者 (FT#44)は順義区在住の7歳女児であり、その両親は活禽類の販売活動に従事していた。 この患者は、一週間の中西医統合治療（漢方と西洋医学を結合させた治療）と看護を受け、治癒・退院した。
北京衛生部門は28日、今回発見された確定診断患者 (FT#133)は、山東省臨沂市営南県籍の6歳男児（宮本注：この新華社報道には名前が書かれていないが、別の鳳凰ブログで、姓が徐と書かれているのを発見）で、現在は海淀区に居住と発表。 情報によると、
5月21日、のどの痛みと頭痛を伴う発熱症状を訴え、北京大学人民医院にて診察を受けるが、家族は鳥類への暴露歴を否定している。診察をした医師によると、両側の扁桃腺がIII度の腫れを示し、また膿状の分泌物が認められたため、抗炎症剤及び対処療法等の治療を行った。
5月22日から24日まで連日、患者は病院での輸液治療（点滴のこと）を受けた。
5月23日午後には体温が正常に回復し、症状も消えた；
5月24日午後、この男児は学校に戻れることになった。
児童が診察を受けている期間に、北京大学人民医院でサンプルを採取して疾病予防管理センターに送付し、検査が行われた。 北京市区の両級での検査とレビューを基に、
5月28日に、当該患者児童をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診し、北京地檀医院でさらなる観察治療の為北京地檀医院に転院させた。
これまでのところ、患者の健康状態は良好で、体温も連続5日間正常な状態だ；
先ずは患者の濃厚接触者50人全てに医学観察措置が取られているものの今まで異常は出ていない。

Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported on the evening of May 28, 2013, that Beijing found a case of human infection H7N9 avian influenza on May 28, and diagnosed by the experts of clinical group at 16:00. It is reported that the case is the second H7N9 case reported in Beijing.

北京市疾病预防控制中心28日晚报告，28日北京发现一例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，并于下午4时经临床专家组确诊该病例。据悉，该病例是北京市报告的第二例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
今年4月13日，北京确诊首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，患者 (FT#44) 为一名7岁女童，顺义区人，女童父母从事活禽贩卖工作。患儿经过7天的中西医结合治疗及护理后痊愈出院。
北京卫生部门28日表示，此次发现的确诊病例患者为一名6岁男童 (FT#133)，户籍山东省临沂市莒南县，现居住在海淀区。
据介绍，5月21日患儿出现发热伴咽痛、头痛，到北京大学人民医院就诊，家属否认禽类接触史，就诊医生查体发现双侧扁桃体III度肿大及脓性分泌物，给予抗炎、对症等治疗；22日至24日，患儿每日在医院接受输液治疗；23日下午体温恢复正常，症状消失；24日下午回幼儿园复课。
患儿在就诊期间，北京大学人民医院采集了标本送疾病预防控制中心集中检测。根据北京市区两级检测和复检结果，5月28日患儿确诊为人感染H7N9禽流感后，被送至北京地坛医院进一步观察治疗。
目前，患儿健康状况良好，已连续5天体温正常；经初步核实其密切接触者有50人，所有人员已全部实施医学
