中新網 4月5日電 総合報道； これまでの中国国内でのH7N9鳥インフルエンザの感染者が14名となったが、 うち6名が死亡し、 多くの地方で緊急に予防管理措置が取られていると報道。
上海市衛生計画委員会は4日、 4日21時までのところ、 上海で4名のH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が新たに増えたと発表。 これまで、 上海では6名の患者中既に4名が亡くなっていたが、 残り2名中、1名の4歳の児童患者は、 病状も軽く現在快復中だ。
浙江省衛生庁は 5日、 浙江省湖州市の1名のH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が治療の甲斐なく死亡したと発表。 これまでに、 当該患者の密接接触者55名には異常な臨床症状はみられていない。 現時点で、 浙江省でH7N9鳥インフルエンザに感染した患者は合計で3名、 死亡は2名になる。 患者の張XXさんは 64歳の男性で、 湖州の農民だった。
その他に江蘇省では4名が、 安徽省では1名が見つかっている。

As of now, there are 14 cases of H7N9 avian flu found in China, of which 6 have died and this have lots of places taken emergency measures to prevent and control.
Shanghai Municipal HFPC on the 4th informed, as of 4 at 21 o’clock, Shanghai added four new diagnosed case of H7N9 avian flu. At present, there are 4 deaths in 6 cases in Shanghai, one case among the two patients is a 4-year-old child, his condition is mild.
Zhejiang Provincial Health Department reported on Apr. 5, that a Huzhou case of H7N9 avian flu died despite of intensive treatment.
Up to now, the patient’s 55 close contacts have not yet show any abnormal clinical manifestations. At this point, Zhejiang diagnosed 3 cases of H7N9 avian flu, 2 died. Patient Mr. Zhang X, a 64 years old male is a Huzhou people, his occupation is a farmer. On the other hand, Jiangsu province has 4 cases, Anhui has one case.
Recently, the National HFPC has requested the implementation of H7N9 avian flu case reporting system. Health administrative departments across the country, once diagnosed any case, should report basic situation, the treatment process, management of close contacts with the case(s) timely in writing.

日前， 国家卫生和计划生育委员会已要求实行人感染H7N9禽流感病例个案报告制度。 各地卫生行政部门 要在病例诊断后，及时将病例的基本情况、 病例救治经过、 密切接触者管理等信息 以书面形式 报送上报。
