新華社ネット北京4月13日電（記者 李亜紅） 北京市衛生局は13日、4月13日早朝、中国CDCによる再検査の結果、北京市の総合判定により北京市初のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者と判定した。現在、患者の症状は安定しており、二人の濃厚接触者には異常はみられていない。
北京市衛生局は、姚さん（7歳女児）は、順義区後沙峪鎮古城村の中心街に住んでいる。 患者の父母は、居住地において活禽販売をしていた。 患者は4月11日に発熱とのどの痛み、咳、頭痛などの症状を発し、4月11日11時北京市内の地壇医院に救急搬送された後に、『肺部感染（症）』として収容された。
4月12日15時30分、北京市CDCがこの患者の関連検体を検査したところ、H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス核酸陽性とされ、国家衛生計画生育委員会の規定に基づき、疑い例のサンプルを中国CDCに送付し再検査を行った。

新华网北京４月１３日电（记者 李亚红）北京市卫生局１３日称，４月１３日凌晨，经中国疾控中心复核，北京市综合判定首例人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感确诊病例。目前该患者病情稳定，两名密切接触者未发现异常。
北京市卫生局称，患者姚某，女，７岁，居住在顺义区后沙峪镇古城村中心街。患者父母在居住地从事活禽贩卖工作。患儿４月１１日上午出现发热、咽痛、咳嗽、头痛等症状，４月１１日１１时到北京地坛医院急诊就诊，后以“肺部感染”收治入院。
４月１２日１５时３０分，北京市疾控中心对这名患者的相关样本进行检测发现Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感病毒核酸阳性，按照国家卫生和计划生育委员会规定，以疑似病例将样本送中国疾控中心复核检测。４月１３日凌晨，中国疾控中心反馈复核结果。北京市临床专家组根据中国疾控中心和北京市疾控中心病原学检测和复核结果，结合患者的临床表现、流行病学调查等，综合判定该病例为人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感确诊病例。
