河南省衛生庁は4月14日、河南省の周口と開封で本日、ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者1名ずつが出たと発表した。 両名患者は、河南省におけるヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザの初の患者となった。 現在、河南省と市衛生部門が積極的に治療にあたっており、予防管理活動も秩序だって展開されている。
34歳男性の馬さんは、開封尉氏県大橋郷の料理人（FT#50）。
4月6日、患者は胸苦しさと、食欲不振が現れ、同時に発熱、咳、痰等の症状を伴っていたため、尉氏県の人民医院にて診察を受け入院治療に入った。
4月9日、患者の状態が悪化、『重症肺炎』化したため、開封市淮河医院に転院した。 患者は3年にわたり高血圧を患っていた。 淮河医院のICUにて積極的に治療しているが現在危篤。
65歳男性の張さんは、周口市川匯区の農民で、家禽類との接触機会が比較的多かった（FT#51）。
4月8日、患者には明確な誘因は無いながら、咳、痰の症状があり、
4月10日に周口市伝染病院にて診察を受け、入院した時は39度の熱があり、咳、痰、筋肉の痛み等の症状があった。 積極的な治療により、現在、患者の容体には改善が見られ、病状も安定している。
4月11日夜、河南省CDCで患者2名のサンプル検査の結果、H7N9鳥インフルエンザ陽性となった。
4月12日、国家衛生計画生育委員会の規定に基づき、このサンプルがダブルチェックの為中国CDCに送付された。
4月14日6時、中国CDCでの再検査の結果、H7N9鳥インフルエンザ陽性と確定された。 患者の臨床症状や実験室及び疫学データに基づき、省級専門家グループが当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと総合判定した。
調査の結果、当該2名の濃厚接触者は19名おり、既に速やかに医学観察措置が取られているが、これま

河南省卫生厅14日通报，该省的周口、开封当天各确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例。两名患者为河南省首次发现人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。目前，河南省、市卫生部门正在组织积极救治，疫情防控工作有序展开。
患者马某，男，34岁，开封尉氏县大桥乡人，厨师。
4月6日，患者出现胸闷、厌食，并伴发热、咳嗽、咳痰等，前往尉氏县人民医院就诊并住院治疗。
4月9日，患者症状加重，以“重症肺炎”转至开封市淮河医院，
患者有3年高血压史。
目前病人情况危重，正在淮河医院ICU病房积极救治中。
患者张某，男，65岁，现住址为周口市川汇区，农民，与家禽接触机会较多。
4月8日患者无明显诱因出现发热，咳嗽，咳痰，
4月10日到周口市传染病院就诊，入院时体温达39℃，并伴有咳嗽、咳痰、肌肉酸疼等症状。
经积极救治，目前患者病情有所改善，病情稳定。
4月11日晚，河南省疾控中心对两例病例标本检测显示H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
4月12日，按照国家卫生和计划生育委员会规定，将标本送中国疾控中心复核检测。
4月14日6时，中国疾控中心反馈复核检测结果，确定为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
依据患者的临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果，省级专家组综合判定为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。
经调查，两例病例的密切接触者共19人，已及时采取医学观察措施，目前所有密切接触者均未发现异常。
