昨4月29日、全国ではH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者の報告はなかった。上海では以前に報告された患者が治療の甲斐なく不幸にも亡くなった。
昨29日山東省棗庄の親子2名が相次いでヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザであると確診され、注目を集めた。『これまでのところ、臨床症状から見ると、父子二人の状況には明らかな差異がある。 鳥インフルエンザのヒトヒト感染については明確なエビデンスはなにもない』。 山東省級医療治療専門家グループ長で山東省胸科医院院長でもある高大川教授は語った。
高大川教授は、『私は棗庄市立医院でこのH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者の父子を診察後済南から帰ったばかりだ。 これまで児童患者は小児科感染救急治療室で治療にあたっているが、病状は比較的安定しており、飲食大小便および睡眠も比較的正常、局部的に肺炎の症状を呈しているが、容体は既に重症や危篤状態ではなくなっている。 臨床症状から、この患者児童はウィルスと細菌の複合感染で、同時に白血球の値が高くなっている。 当該患者の病状は相対的に安定しており、発症の初期6時間の時点と診断対比をしたとろ、この患者の容体が発展したり、急速な悪化を呈したりすることはないだろう』と語った。
また、高大川教授は『とはいえ、患者の父親の容体の進展は不安定であり、入院したての時には明確な病理症状はなかったのが、入院後4時間で病状が急速に悪化し、その悪化スピードは非常に早いものであっ

昨天，全国无新增H7N9新型禽流感病例报告。上海此前报告的一例患者抢救无效不幸死亡。
昨天，山东枣庄父子俩先后确诊人感染H7N9禽流感病例引人关注。“目前，仅从临床症状表现上看，父子俩表现差异明显。有关禽流感‘人传人’的说法并无明确证据支持。”山东省级医疗救治专家组组长、山东省胸科医院院长高大川教授表示。
高大川说，“我从枣庄市立医院对这例H7N9禽流感病例父子会诊后刚返回济南。目前患儿正在小儿科感染急诊室进行治疗，患儿病情状况比较稳定，吃喝拉撒睡也比较正常，虽然呈现出了局部肺炎症状，但病情既不是重症更不是危重。根据临床诊断，该患儿系病毒和细菌复合感染，同时白细胞数量偏高。该患儿的病情发展则相对稳定，根据发病之初和六小时后的对比诊断，该患儿的病情发展并没有呈现急速恶化的态势。”
