【新民網独占報道】 上海市衛生計画生育委員会は本日 （4月17日）、17：00までに、上海でヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者1名が見つかったと発表。
これまでに上海では31名が見つかっている。 うち死亡は11名、16名が現在隔離治療中、4名は既に回復・退院している。
新たに確定診断された患者1名の状況は以下の通り：
89歳男性の陳さん（FT#88）は 上海在住の江蘇人。 患者は
4月12日に、発熱を伴い、震え等の症状が現れ、浦東新区人民医院にて診察を受ける、
4月16日、症状が重くなったため、再度、当該医院にゆき、肺炎と診断されて入院。
4月16日夜、上海市CDCで検査をしたところ、H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス陽性となった。
関係要求に基づき、市衛生計画生育委員会は臨床専門家グループを組織し、当該患者について検討をした結果、当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと診断した。
患者は、現在症状は安定しており、積極的な治療を受けている。
調査の結果、当該患者の濃厚接触者は合計で9人、みな医学観察を実施されているが、これまでのと

Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC) today (April 17) informed, as of 17:00, the city added 1 case of infection with H7N9 avian influenza. Up to now, Shanghai city has a total of 31 cases of H7N9 avian influenza, of which 11 cases have died, 16 cases are now in isolated treatment, 4 patients have been discharged.
The new case is as follows:
Patient 1 (FT#88) is;
Name: Chen X,
Sex: Male,
Age: 89 years old,
Registered Domicile: Jiangsu province
Date of Onset: April 12, 2013, started with fever, chills and other symptoms,
Date of First Consultation: April 12, 2013, to the Pudong New Area People’s Hospital for treatment,
Date of Hospitalization: April 16, 2013, after the symptoms increased, once again visited the hospital and admitted to the hospital as diagnosed with pneumonia,

【新民网·独家报道】上海市卫生和计划生育委员会今天（4月17日）通报，截至17:00，本市新增1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。截至目前，上海共发现31例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，其中死亡11例，16例正在隔离治疗之中，4名患者已康复出院。
新增的1例病例情况如下：
患者陈某， 男， 89岁， 江苏人。
患者4月12日出现发热、 寒战等症状， 前往浦东新区人民医院就诊，
4月16日因症状加重， 再次前往该院就诊， 被诊断为肺炎， 收治入院。
4月16日晚， 经市疾病预防控制中心检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。
按照有关要求， 市卫生和计划生育委员会组织市级临床专家组对该病例进行讨论， 诊断该病例为人感染
