（湖南）省や（常徳）市の 『2017年度原因不明肺炎とヒト感染鳥インフルエンザモニタリング予防管理実施方案』の 要求に基づき、2017年12月12日、 （湖南省常徳市）安郷県疾病管理センター（CDC）は、県深柳鎮潺陵（社区）農貿市場にある活禽販売店三か所をランダム抽出し、鳥類の飲用水サンプルを採取、常徳市CDCで検査を行った。 12月15日午後5時50分、 常徳市CDCは、一つのサンプルからH7型の鳥インフルエンザウィルスの核酸陽性反応を検出。 当該検査報告は、採取された水サンプルにH7型の鳥インフルエンザウィルスが存在したということを証明するにすぎず、ヒト或は家禽を通じてこのウィルスへの感染を代表するものではない。 このため、県CDCは、直ちに子の状況を衛生計生行政の主管部門に報告、県畜牧水産局や県市場監督管理局、県市場サービスセンターに通報、各責任単位は夫々の要求事項と部門の職責に基づき、秩序だった予防管理措置の厳格な実施をするようにと提案している。

Original Title: Authoritative Release | Report on Detection of H7 Avian Influenza Virus in Anxiang County Environmental Specimen
According to the requirements of Hunan province and City’s “Prevention and Control Program of Avian Influenza in Pneumonia and Human Infection in 2017″, December 12, 2017 Anxiang (of Changde City in Hunan Province) CDC randomly selected three live poultry stalls in the county’s Chanling farmers’ market, and collected one poultry drinking water sample for testing at Changde Municipal CDC. At 17:50 on December 15, Changde City CDC feedbacked that a sample was detected as positive for H7 avian influenza virus nucleic acid. This test report just proves that the H7 avian flu virus is present in the collected water samples and does not mean that the virus has been infected to humans or poultry(s). To this end, the county CDC immediately reported this situation health and family planning administrative department, and informed the county Livestock and Fisheries Bureau, County Market Authority, the county market service center, and suggested that all responsible units should strictly implement the prevention and control measures in accordance with the requirements of their respective industries and departmental responsibilities according to the procedures.

原标题： 权威发布 | 关于安乡县环境标本检测出H7型禽流感病毒的通报
按照（湖南）省、市 《2017年不明原因肺炎与人感染禽流感监测防控实施方案》的要求，2017年12月12日，（湖南省常德市） 安乡县疾控中心在县潺陵农贸市场随机抽取三个活禽摊点， 各采集一份禽类饮水样品送常德市疾控中心进行检测。 12月15日下午5时50分， 常德市疾控中心反馈， 有一份样品检测出H7型禽流感病毒核酸阳性。 该检测报告仅能证明采集的水样存在H7型禽流感病毒， 并不代表已经有人或家禽感染了此病毒。 为此，县疾控中心立即将此情况报告卫计行政主管部门， 并通报给县畜牧水产局、县市场监管局、县市场服务中心，建议各责任单位按照各自行业要求和部门职责，按程序严格落实防控举措。
